No issues so far out of my 4yrs of mailing packages off. Great customer services, it can get very busy if you’re in rush, but that’s just how things are.

I want to rate the company as a whole. Not just this location. And I'm certainly not blaming the workers there. It's the higher up guys I want to talk about. Seriously. Step up. My packages are delivered late. And one of my products broke. Found my package abysmally stuffed inside my mailbox with my products jutting out of the package. And it broke. Nice one guys.

Got overcharged for shipping a flat rate box recently. Make sure the person ringing you up actually checks what kind of box.

Their phone menu is ridiculous and will not allow you to speak with a human being. If they mark your mail as undeliverable after you have lived in the same location for 14 years, there is no way to fix it.
