Had the best experience here! I went last night to get a headlight for my car and the team was super knowledgable and helped me get the right item. Super thankful for their help and they were a friendly staff!

Used to love this location but the change in staff has really hurt the general feel of the place. The manager while knowledgeable talks to his staff like a jerk and puts the staff in a foul mood too. Ask him a question and he stops mid sentence to interrupt his staff and take over their interactions with other customers. I understand parts stores are sometimes dealing with know it alls or know nothings but you don't have to talk down to them. He said he was moved there to fix the place but I wonder if it's his last chance to fix himself.
Went in yesterday and the employee didn't even answer my question with words. Just pointed from the counter. Very condescending. No expression besides maybe annoy-ment. I left without making a purchase.
I'll be visiting other parts stores from now on. There are other ones very close by.

Great to see a Store Manager working hard with staff to make a store look neater. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help me figure things out.

Stopped in to get a new battery for my Hyundai. Owen was working and he never hesitated when I asked if he could install it. Even when it started raining, Owen kept working (I held an umbrella over him) to make sure I would be back in action. I appreciate the customer service I received at O'Reilly!

Your employee Lawrence went above and beyond to help another customer so that they could get back on the road due to the guy had no clue as to what he was doing. Your other 3 employees who was inside the store smelled nline weed. And all 3 stood at register and like they were confused as to what they were suppose to do. Think Lawrence deserves a free meal or something . So my 5 stars is for Lawrence !

I get parts here at this location on a regular basis. I’ve noticed a few new faces. I’ve also noticed one in particular he is a very tall slim man and his neat appearance tells me he cares about his job. Hats of to you man for pressing your green work shirts I notice things like that and it looks great keep it up!!!

We came in there to get our alternator and battery looked at there were two gentlemen in there that were very nice and knew what they were doing while helping us find out that the alternator was bad but the battery was good and they charged it for us Mickey and Lawrence did an amazing job helping with that I recommend this O'Reilly's 100% especially if you get these two that work there I was very grateful and honored to have been their customer. Thank you very much Nikki and Lawrence for all the help that you gave us and all the advice that you gave us. We sure do appreciate you there's not any place else at all ever go to get my auto parts except you O'Reilly's on 83rd St., thanks again so much Nikki and Lawrence. We are grateful for you.

Came in for my second trip while servicing my snow blower, this time looking for hose clamps. Derek took me straight to them, helped me find the right size, and had me rang up and back to my project quickly. Thanks for the great service!
