Went in today because I was sure I needed a new battery. Chloe was super helpful and informed me that all I had to do is tighten it up to the terminals. She hooked up the machine and made sure everything was proper. Ended up saving me a bunch of money! She was awesome and super helpful!

I had to change my headlight by myself for the first time. The sales associate was extremely helpful and she helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me the gloves to install it. I don’t know what I would’ve done without such a helpful person at 7:30 in the morning!

I have a new appreciation for those working the front lines at these brick and mortar stores. It's not everyday that you come across a team willing to go above and beyond for their customers. The team here has proven to me that respect in what one does still exists.
I was in need of a battery and I didn't want to go through the hassle. Most of my previous experiences at an AutoZone have been lackluster at best. Not today. This team here really put their best foot forward, and they did it with class.
I truly respect the store manager for not throwing her employee under the bus. Don't worry about the details, just know that this store manager has the goal of lifting her team up, and giving them the breathing room to make mistakes and learn from them.
The AutoZone on South 9th Street here in Lincoln is your go to if you need great service and a team that understands their customers. I have a lot of respect for you folks. Thanks for the five star service!!!

I went into AutoZone because my headlights on my car were on working. I originally thought it was a fuse problem because the high beams still worked. When I walked into the store, the store was clean and efficiently stocked and the staff were happy and polite to the customers there. Chloe the store manager there helped me with my car once we discovered it wasn’t a fuse problem. She walked out to my car and checked the headlights bulb to show it was broken. We came inside and picked out a bulb, then her and I went outside where she showed me how to install the bulbs. I’m so glad that I chose to go to this AutoZone! It will be the spot I choose to go if any happens in the future!

I was able to go in and get the product. I need for my oil change and was able to ask questions to learn more about the things I could do for my vehicle and it was really an amazing experience.
