Jocelyn did a terrible job on my sisters hair, their prices for the services are way expensive especially for the quality that you receive. They also refuse to give a full refund even tho the owner has stated that she would receive 100% back. She was charged $253 for a full highlight that turned into a color correction after Jocelyn had taken her roots way too light and admitted that she messed up and needed to do a root smudge to fix her mistake. A few days later my sister comes to my salon for a haircut and the color is so splotchy, and has raccoon stripes throughout her hair, and her roots were clearly way too light. I ended up fixing the color myself and contacted the salon. The owner was very nice but had claimed that this was not the first color issue she has had with this stylist. When receiving messages from Jocelyn my sister was only going to receive her 20% tip back that was only $40. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. Now they are only offering to give $78 back and want to charge her for all the product used, and the time spent which was only 4 hrs. Below are photos of before and after photos and what the color looks like.My sister will never be returning here and we definitely do not suggest going to this stylist.

Was in town on vacation for a week. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner that I always use at home. I called around to MANY different salons and stores to try to find my Hempz hair products. Angela at Olivia's Salon was so kind to drive to Grand Island the next day for me to get my products and bring them back to town for me. She went above and beyond more than I would ever expect. Staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived at salon to pick up my purchase and no fees were added to the cost for the extra time and mileage put into doing this for me. Thank you so much and I will definately be spreading the word of the amazing staff and buisness at Olivia's Salon

. I made an appointment two months in advance for my wedding.. when I showed up for the appointment the lady that was supposed to do my hair completely bailed on me. The other girl doing hair with an attitude told me because I didn’t respond to her text message she wasn’t going to show... Most unprofessional s$&&@ ever... And the whiff of stuck up I’m better than you attitude was the Cherri on top... Mu suggestion Is go to EVO salon, and ask for Margarita she had previously cut my hair. She responded to my fb message in seconds and made my day by coming in early to work just to do my hair...
