My husband and I were travelling from Oregon to South Carolina, delivering a Jeep to our daughter. Just outside of Kearney the crankshaft sensor went out in our Suburban. We spent the night at a rest area and the following morning we went to Greg's shortly after they opened. We were able to have the sensor replaced and back on the road in 2 hours--excellent time considering the shop was BUSY!!. Greg's is a great place to go! The shop is very professional and well run and no one attempted any up sales. Nice to do business with an honest establishment. We highly recommend going to Greg's for any repairs or maintenance!!

Greg is always transparent and does great work, and they stand behind it. He can always get me in last minute if need be. Great service, great work, and great customer service.

They've never done me wrong and always have a fair price. Got my truck ready for a 600 mile journey and clearly I'm still here. I don't take my vehicle anywhere else

Do NOT recommend! Terrible customer service! Dropped truck march 14th to have a/c, oil leak, clutch and a few items fixed and looked at. Called every two weeks following up. Each time they asked what they were looking at again, said to call back the end of the week every time. Each time I called they said they were looking at it. I stopped in to check a month later and saw it was parked in the back same spot, came back another month later and it was still in the same place. May 28th I called and they Said they did work to it but then changed their mind and said they haven’t done anything. They said they would start looking at things, I told them and no and I would just pick it up because they didn’t seem to want the business. I went and picked it up after 2 1/2 months of it just sitting at their place. I will not be going back and will be sure to tell everybody I know my experience and to steer clear.

Recently spent $1800 on multiple things here. It took twice as long as it was supposed to for completion. I had no communication about it going to take longer. I had to ask to have work done that was not. I had to get out of work to take it back for rework. I had no communication about what rework was done and that it was complete. I had to follow up to find this out. Overall just a bad experience. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I needed someone to help me replace a headlamp as I didn't have the tools necessary. They did it on the same day I called, in a matter of minutes and refused to charge me because "it was real quick." I will definitely return to them!

Cheapest tire prices in town. I went in on Tuesday, let him know what I wanted. Came in Thursday as scheduled and got me right in. Told me it would be 45 minutes and it was 45 minutes on the dot. Efficient, affordable, no issues at all!
