Put a change of address in over 3 weeks ago and still no mail! Call and no one cares to help you! Wait to even talk to someone is ridiculous! Post office needs to be better than this!

Moved to gretna a month ago and did the change of address through usps long before that. I have not been receiving my mail and when I called the post office about it they said they have been holding my mail until I fill put a form at thier office saying I live there. They said I can't do it online and it didn't matter that filed through USPS. No one told me about this- I've moved dozens of times and have never had to do this. Feels criminal.

Trash. Carriers must not be able to read. Stuff delivered in the wrong mail box all the time. Package was crammed into my mailbox and stuck, nit physically capable of being removed, but it wasn't put in a parcel locker or left on my doorstep. Incompetence at its finest.

Laziest govt. workers I’ve ever seen in my life. Every issue that comes up they just blame on the Omaha sorting facility. I don’t care what the sorting facility does, make sure the right mail gets in the right box.Every time it snows, they wine about snow around the mailbox. If I can get my Mazda 3 up to it and grab the mail without getting out, get a new job.Last piece of certified mail I received I was supposed to sign for. I was home, heard the truck drive off. Left the fail to deliver notice in the mailbox instead of coming to the door. Never knocked. The front door was literally open. I made eye contact with the idiot as he drove off. Postmaster refused to correct it.Bunch of government scabs.

If I could select negative stars I would. Generally, they miss deliver mail and boxes, and I don’t say a word. But when I finally have to call and get extremely rude people, I’m going to leave a review.The people that work here are extremely rude and very rarely answer the phone nor do they turn on their answering devices. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for several days. I understand holiday delivery issues but if you put a tag in my box that asks Me to schedule a redelivery then I should be able to do that.

In our neighborhood we get play who got who’s mail today. This happens about twice a week. Might as well dump all the mail in the middle of the street in one large pile and rummage through it ourselves looking for our own. The ineptitude of our carrier is ridiculous.

Recently, we had an increasingly bad experience and frustration with the delivery service. The tracking numbers showed it was delivered. But no mails or packages were in our mailbox. The box was empty! In one case, the tracking number said it was delivered to our address, but in fact it was delivered to a wrong address to a different city! The package was never recovered.In some cases, the delivery was incomplete. Some packages were not delivered along with the regular mail. The tracking alert said our street was not accessible. Infact, our street was accessible 24 hours. And there was no construction going on at all. This was an excuse to not deliver mail on time.Some packages with signature required were not delivered, alert saying we were not home. In fact we were home waiting for them. The mailman did not make an attempt to deliver the mail.The mail service needs to do a thorough job.Mails are important part of people's lives.

Constantly delivering my mail to my neighbors, I live in a neighborhood with a communal mailbox, this is not an address issue. Constant negligence for years to adequately perform their duty. I often go out of my way to mail items from one of the omaha locations. I just found out today that I lost a $10,000 scholarship because they failed to deliver it to the correct house. Shameful service that has never improved.

I'd I could I would give them ZERO stars! I ordered my sons school pictures and they must have been run over, went thru a tornado and down a garbage disposal! They put it in an envelope saying WE CARE but please understand we are trying to be better! Are you ******* kidding me?! There is no way they thought it was still ok to be delivered! I was also missing items out of the package! You will be getting a very interesting call from us tomorrow!!

As a USPS customer from outside Philly, I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my (thus far) 1 and only experience with this PO. My Mail Box place HERE entered the wrong zip (and I didn't notice) so my package went to 68028 instead of 68025 where it should have gone. The woman who helped me on the phone could not have been more kind or helpful and was forwarding my package on to where it should have gone to begin with. TY for your stellar service!

I was literally standing in the store right before they closed but nobody was at the counter. After 3min, the postal clerk shows up to tell me that he won’t mail my package because it’s 4:32pm; even though I was in the store before they closed. This is ridiculous, USPS needs to extend their hours to 5pm and/or work on their customer service. People have real jobs, 4:30pm is hard time to beat, and technically I did. No wonder they are going out of business.
