Worst store and company I've ever seen. Employee was taken away by ambulance due to possibly having a heat attack and when store manager shows up, only thing out of her mouth was I can't believe he left the store. A police officer was watching the place, so nobody went in. Sad that a company like this even exists or a boss that thinks like this. I will never shop there again

I was informed that My Wife Mrs. Melody Bouska/Lucero was threatened with a Write Up do to allowing her co worker who is usually on the clock with her ended up having to use her register while the gas pumps caused an error on her Register while he used it. It wouldn't do any good for her to risk getting terminated while she is having to work all week due to one of the women went out on Maternity Leave and May not return to work. Due to her lack of Education she may not receive a Promotion until Corporate finds that she put in at least 6 months + before she may be eligible for a raise. To help her with Tuition Reimbursement and attempt to get her HS Diploma and Higher. I am her best hope of Success in the Future and help purchase a Home and not live in an Apt around the Corner from her Job.

My brother and I stopped in our truck to grab a bite to eat and utilize its facilities. The staff observed us waiting. When we got done waiting to grab some food and walk out, a young lady behind the counter jokingly comments "I guess they got tired of waiting."This is my first time at a Cubbys (and in Iowa) and I hope this is not a regular thing at your other locations.Having made a successful living in the service industry I would recommend some coaching of the staff regarding acknowledging customers and encouraging repeat business.

Use to be able to pay with your cc or debit card at the pump, but since they went to prepay in all pumps as of the first of the year you can't even use your cc to pay at the pump. When I asked the workers about it, they said the pumps don't like to work when it's COLD out. Well guess I will go somewhere that the pumps do work REGARDLESS of the temp outside. You lost a long time Customer. I use to only get gas with you guys.

I when there and that cashier got a bad attitude with costumer also that manager I ask to speak with manager and they talk to cald down cause I tell them how long there computer will be unfreeze and they say they don’t know really bad service on that gas station I work as a cashier and I try to understand customer cause thanks to customer we get pay
