I always have a good experience getting my oil changed to Gene Steffey Ford quick lane. They always wash it when they finish which is a nice little bonus. Unfortunately this time when I came in and asked for an oil change I just assumed they go off what I got last time I was in but instead they gave me the works oil change which was not needed and it cost me $17 more than usual. Wasn't happy about that they should ask me when I got there which oil change I wanted instead of giving me the top of the line.
