A bad experience all around! Bought a side by side from Alex at Hilder implement. They said they would deliver in two weeks. I had to call them when It wasn’t delivered and he said the parts hadn’t come in yet. I said you promised it would be done in two weeks. Two weeks is here. So I called the owner Kevin told him about the situation and he said he was taking care of his 99-year-old dad and he just lost his mother so he was under a lot of stress. But he would check on it. So it is now the next day and they just put the tires on that they were supposed to have on and the part was to be overnighted on UPS and that was going to cost $125. My question is if service is this bad now how will it be when I need to have something fixed on it. A bad decision on my part to buy from them. If they are under stress that much they shouldn’t be in business. It is bad for a Polaris because it was a Polaris that I bought. Polaris company. needs to know this is how they are dealing with people and their product.
