Long line but moved quickly. Courteous service and very friendly despite the rush of customers with many packages all seemingly in a hurry. All I needed were stamps but still had to wait in the line. Evan, who assisted me was very helpful and friendly.

Horrible, handed them private documents for a passport never received them, I asked the worker to give me my stuff back and he just look dazed and said "all documents will be shipped to my address" it's been 6 months don't recommend handing them your documents make sure to get them back when you already applied for the passport

It has been a total lack of respect, I arrived on time as it should have been, it was the first after me, some people arrived late and passed them before me. I didn’t say anything to avoid arguing and to top it off in my time they didn’t take care of me or help me with the application. My partner went to ask about the doubt of the paper they told him to do it online and I lost myTime and now even my husband’s work is at stake because they made us wait more than 30 minutes and without doing their job in the end. I cried from the courage to do things well to be punctual and that I don’t know there I take my baby’s passport that I urgently need for them

You know I’m not normally one to flip out over small things but when you have on your website that it’s out for delivery, and will be there by 12:30 I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to actually have it out for delivery. My package never left the post office and I spent all day waiting because it said it would be at MY HOME, called usps 4 different times, three of which said it would be here by 8 pm, and the only time I was actually able to speak to an agent she said IT NEVER LEFT THE POST OFFICE!! I told her I won’t be available Monday and asked if the post office was open, obviously not, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem. Usps refuses to deliver to my area on time, it’s always extremely late!!! If you’re in Bellevue do NOT go through usps. I’ve been waiting over a week on something that was only supposed to take 2 days.

No mail Saturday, ok. No mail yesterday or today?? I had outgoing mail that wasn’t picked up. Is mail not delivered every day but Sunday or has that now changed??
