Tammy helped me get changed over for a Home and auto policy. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me all the possible discounts and lower premiums, as well as offering up ideas for later. We are saving ALOT of money switching and with better coverage. I feel like I have known her for years. Check them out, I don't think you will regret it.

I have been with Am Fam in Bellevue for many years. I switched a couple times but have always returned. Their exceptional customer service and quick response times make all the difference. I recently purchased a new home and called around getting other quotes and although there were cheaper options available once I made my decision and emailed to get started I waited nearly a week with no response so I emailed Tami at Am Fam in the Bellevue office and within 5 min I received a response and was set up. They are amazing and when it comes time to file a claim although I have only 2 in 30 years one auto and on renters both times they came through just as you would expect and took care of everything promptly and with accuracy. They are amazing and worth the extra cost to have the peace of mind!!
