Great store! The outside of the store is immaculate! I've never seen ANY store that looked this good. Ken, the maintenance guy, was very helpful assisting me sign up for my Pump It Up rewards.

It’s day 2 and my car is still dead over here at the level 3 charge station. So I’m really having a stressful and bad experience with the charge station here because I got my car towed over here expecting the charge stations to work because they say they are available but in reality they are not. I called and spoke with the customer service from ChargePoint and they said all the level 3 chargers are down. So they kindly rebooted my level 3 charge station 3 times and they said they are still down. They also said the owner of the organization needs to fix the problem. I also spoke with the customer service over at the town pump today to check to see if anyone fixed the problem with the level 3 charge stations and they said maintenance checked it and said they working but didn’t give much detail. So I called ChargePoint right after getting off the phone with town pump customer service and again they said the level 3 charge stations are still down and that the owner needs to resolve this issue. So if you’re reading this “Owner” please fix this as soon as possible today or tomorrow so I can come back to charge my car and head back to California. Please! Thank you.

I’ve never reviewed a gas station before. I decided to write a review because of Ken. He is in charge of maintenance, takes out the trash and cleans all of the pumps. I’ve never seen such a hard worker who takes so much pride in their work. Every single pump, handle, nozzle, and button is meticulously clean. I tell my kids about Ken and remind them that no matter what you are tasked to do in life - do it with excellence. Thank you, Ken for being such a great example and doing a great job.
