I love this grocery store but a cashier named tory refused to let my service animal in and was very rude to me in front of a line of people. It was embarrassing not to mention I am feeling sick I could not even handle it and had to walk out. She is the only rude person who works at this grocery store. She ruined it for me though I'll be taking my business to Safeway for now on. Thanks tory

It is a pleasure to shop at Polson Super 1! The meat and seafood department is ALWAYS 5 STAR customer service. Everyone in this store is very very friendly and helpful!!! Thanks to all!!

I recently moved back and was deeply disappointed in this store my daughter grabbed a Visa gift card to load while paying for it before I could grab out my cash the cashier snidely asks and how would you be paying for this today after replying with cash his whole demeanor changed as though he were shocked and rather impressed while both my daughter and I held out money for him to load on the card for us.
