Review for the mobile home court operated by this company.
They don't answer their phone or return calls and the office is not open. I have lived here for four years and they have lost my paperwork three times and have no record of me as the owner and send all correspondence to the previous owner. They threaten to tow your vehicles even if they are registered with the park. They have closed an exit so there is one way out, the speed bumps will disconnect a uhaul trailer. They finally have a plow but don't scrape it down to black top. The water pressure is so low that you can't run a sprinkler and wash dishes. That is when the well house doesn't freeze or have a broken pump. Without water for 8 days. Last contact with office staff, they said it wouldn't be six months before they got back to us (with a copy of the by-laws), this was six months ago. Had to involve their lawyer just to speak with someone. About to involve my lawyer.

Good storage and friendly service. I've been renting for a while. My biggest qualm is their "auto pay". It doesn't account for late fees if a payment doesn't go through and will accumulate till they shut your code off after fees have accumulated for months.

Its ok there rent fees are high and the storagr doors dont close enuff to seal the units from the outside so dirt blows in all the time and warter to i just had to throw out 500 dollors in hamd made quilts because they wont fix the problem. They also have switched to online pay only and are not available to disciss bills they wont work with is on the bils due date so since we are disabled amd get our money on the 10th were always tem days late and they stick it to is. They also come and watch i watch your doing and like to drive by slow and checkout what i have in it . But arr not available for problems id go anywRr but here. We going to move what we can and toss the rest.

The storage unit I had was clean and it was locked and fenced in, as are all the other storage units. The Mobile Home Park owner makes sure everything is safe and sound. I do not feel her prices are unfair. I have lived in areas where they were outrageously high.

Lots of storage sizes and number of storages . And they do their best to work with you If you fall short of money. I myself was four and a half months behind Before I was able to catch it up and they did not seize my storage.

Very unprofessional. Took over a month for anyone to respond to my emails and calls about canceling my unit. When it was finally canceled I was left an extremely rude voicemail. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! All the other complaints seen in their reviews were true for me as well.

Roads are so slick and the owners don't even care. I was told to drive slow. I do deliveries in there & was sliding around at 5 miles and hour with studded snow tires. We also have an all wheel drive van that was sliding just as much. Not required, don't have to sand or gravel. You would think the owners would do it out of courtesy or just cause they care about their tenants or anyone that has to drive in there. Is it to much to ask? What happen to taking care of the people who rent from you? Is it just about the money? Being stubborn, set on not doing more than absolutely necessary? Just saying that it's dangerous. Hope you reconsider.

Place is nice good price $ , but real nosey neighbors web site says off street parking n where ia that partly in someones yard so ur not in the road n this winter many CHILDREN have fell slipped n even adults the main streets sidewalks arent always well rarely shovled before 9am witch is City laws n besides that ov liked living here just tired of the plow blocking my car in i had leg surgury n now broke 2 small bones in my hand to to no sand or traction spread on the raod summers great winter's not so much but thats only my opinion n thats why i gave 4 stars if sidewalks were done by 9n spread dirt sand or what ever then itd be a 5 star rating!?
