I had a very poor customer experience here from a short gal. I think her name was Caitlyn. She was very rude in the interaction. I would give a 1-star if this was my first time going there but I have had great customer service from Chaz many times. This time I left upset because of that girl's interaction with me. It takes very little to be decent to another human being. I feel like it takes more energy to act the way she did.

Town Pump or Town Dump. Every garbage can in this place is overflowing. If you want to blame someone start right at the top. What a shame.

I want to know why I cannot use my debit card at this location? Every time I try it will not let me. I always have plenty of moneyin my account. Please explain? This cannot be good for business.

Best convenience store for beer and seltzer. Prices are comparable to OSFF with the convenience of a gas station. Seriously I come here once a month and fill a shopping cart.

Well, yeah its a gas station, but I do like the fact that its large enough to be a mini-mart. Not exactly like a grocery, but the wider than normal selectiom is nice. Whether you're getting something to drink or grabbing a snack from any of the aisles, theres definitely something in there nice for the price. The staff is always friendly too.

The people who work the night shift at this gas station are the friendliest and nicest attendants I've met! I come here all the time for my gas because I always have a good experience! Not to mention there's one guy who sometimes sings sea shanties while replacing the trashes and I absolutley love it! Great experiences good attitudes and great singing! Thanks Brooks st. Town Pump!

Shot in the dark! The late night cashier (3-11?) stashes cigs+ and hopes his valued customers don’t notice the gracious tips they leave??? Hmmm

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Denied service, even denied the use of bathrooms after purchasing gas, because I have a disability. I clearly explained to the cashier I have a disability and he told me he would not allow me use of the bathroom.

This Town Pump just cured me from a huge gambling problem. All over two rude employees and your store selling me a hidden, damaged 12 pack of beer. I will no longer buy fuel, buy beer/liquor or gamble at any of your establishments. I'm pretty sure I have spent thousands of dollars at your establishments,all over this state. Goodbye!

I like this gas station a lot, it's always clean (in the bathrooms as well) and has friendly staff. But this evening, I pulled in to fill my 4runner and, as I put the nozzle into my tank tube, it leaked gas all over that portion of my SUV. I don't know if I'll be going here again...
