85 a month just for internet. I’ve never been late or missed a payment but since I’m not buying more of their services the cost keeps going up for the same not great service. **main problem is price and I’m not interested in creating a facebook or Twitter account just to talk to someone**The service has been much better since I switched to a different provider ?

Don't have same hrs posted on website as what is posted on their door....wasted a trip into Missoula going to drop off some equipment on a Tuesday....their website said it was open....got there and it is posted temporary hrs. and closed on Tuesday....out of town people ck the website for hrs. And days open.

Horrible customer service, never open yet I see employees inside, it seems like the employees print a piece of paper saying there closed everyday. I work during the day and have tried multiple times to go during my lunch hour, and can not get the service I need when I call customer service they also don’t know why they are closed when it says they are open on every platform they have genuinely disappointed in this store.

Horrible mobile service!! - Has anyone else had an issue with Spectrum's "Free" tablet scam? Very pushy rep- said device was "free" - device was sent to the wrong address - we didn't even get the package until 3 months later - (only 14 day retrun apprently) then had trouble activating - never worked right - they sent the bill via email that went to my spam - we are on auto pay with Spectrum for the other accounts (Internet etc) - and never recieved any other info until a collection agency - Spectrum is no help with this what so ever! Worst company!

The absolute worst cable company I've ever seen!! I went to get them to print me a copy of my bill and they couldn't do it .multiple employees do not know how to answer questions. Company, rauses,rates repeatedly we only have one office

People in store are alright. However, the customer support is terrible. They can't even verify my address despite multiple tenants already having accounts in my building.The customer service people can't seem to do anything themselves and need to call others to help and it takes hours just to get your service going.They couldn't even get the address put in correctly. I tried to correct it several times but they couldn't figure it out.Customer service didn't even understand the difference between a check and a checking account through a debit card.Better to go with any other service.

The young gentleman with blonde hair, I didn’t catch his name blew me away today. They are understaffed and it was busy and the way he was able to manage a stressful situation of multitasking and helping 3 different people while all on the phone with management, grabbing equipment for me and his ability to be timely and respectful to everyone was impressive. Hats off to him and his co worker today I really appreciate the effort and customer service.

Spectrum management deserves stubbed toes and searing eye pain for the rest of eternity. There must be a minimum IQ requirement for customer service reps and there is no possible way that the training doesn't teach them to purposely lie to customers. How are you the only provider in my neighborhood? Why aren't you being investigated for these practices??Stick around for an example of how they treat customers:I spent over 2hrs on the phone today trying to reduce the insane bill of $80/mo for slowass internet back to a more reasonable $50/mo as advertised for new customers.First representative spent 40mins blabbering on with bad math, promising to reduce my bill by $30 before admitting she couldn't actually do it...then somehow increased my bill by $20/mo!?Second representative "fixed" the billing mistake before saying it "might" have worked. Then spent 5mins telling me the mobile team can offer me a discount.Third rep (mobile team) kept me on hold for over 20mins and achieved nothingFourth representative finally explained every deal they have (all would increase my total bill) until she finally just offered me a $15/mo discount... which came through as $80 reduced to $80... not a typo... There wasn't actually a decrease. Blatant lie.Incompetent humans and trained liars are the only people who work here. I can't wait till an honest company takes you down

$80 for just internet after your 1-year deal is up. I was told I had to return the equipment to Missoula to cancel. I do not live in Missoula nor did I receive the equipment in Missoula. This will be the first bill to get cancelled when the time comes. The reviews are telling.....

My rep was fine but the way Spectrum runs customer is with cutting corners and not caring if people have to wait 45 minutes to just pick up something. And apparently making an appointment doesn’t matter. The people often don’t know enough and aren’t equipped or empowered to do anything and they call Spectrums service line and wait in line while you wait for that. Stupid. I guess this is the same story for every other corporation focused on profit over people.
