Missoula location lacked the finesse that would justify an 18$+/person meal. I've used Reststop restrooms in August that had less of an order and more care to cleanliness than this one. During my meal every single solitary employee sat and watches football on the TV. With franchise office headquarters located in the same city I can only imagine how frightful other locations must seem. Unless someone from corporate reaches out, today will mark the last time I visit Huhot Missoula.

I love Huhot! My wife and I eat here at least once a month. The people are friendly and being able to make your own food means you always get exactly what you want. Fantastic place, definitely my favorite restaurant ever!

Went to the Missoula location on Monday got seated right away sat there watching other people get seated, waited on, got in line. While we were still waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Still more people coming in being seated waited on and getting online. After waiting more than 10 minutes a server came over no apology for the wait just a how's it going. Which was our indication to get up and leave. This was the second time this has happened to us. The manager seems like not to care about anything.

I showed up to Missoula Huhot at 9:40pm on a Saturday night when they should be open until 10pm. My intention was to go there and get a to go order but the hostess told me they were already closed and turned me away. This is horrible business and being an employee from a huhot in Kalispell, I know this is a huge no-no. I will not be giving this HuHot my business anymore. This is rediculous for an accredited business that is usually great on service. I am very disappointed in Missoula HuHot for turning customers away during working hours.

Remember, our guests, are your guests. My guests were very offended, as well as myself, and those around the grill. When I brought my guests on Tuesday, there was shrimp on the bar that day. Both of them are highly allergic to shrimp. I told them not to worry as they would accomodate. When I brought busses to the Kalispell location, it was never a problem. Tyler and Michael were on the grill that day .Remember its early before rush time on a tuesday, so it wasn't busy at all. Michael complained multiple times outloud that he hoped there would be no more allergic people that day, they didn't have enough backup spatulas etc. Although the unappropriate comments were directed to Tyler, all of us heard it. Customers rolling their eyes, shaking their heads thinking he was a tool. My guests did not want to go back up a second time, even though their first time was a small portion as they were trying to learn the ropes of the huhot experience. When i coaxed them to do so, they were tolerated at best. Huhot is not the only place in town to take guests and I will think harder next time before automatically taking them there. (I asked the hostess the names of the boys on the grill and this is what she told me)
