“Since joining MontanaFit I rarely miss a workout which I struggled with working out on my own in the past. The classes are challenging but scaleable allowing me to constantly improve on my goals. The coaches do a great job guiding everyone throughout the workouts, helping you get the most benefits without burning out. As a result, I've made large gains to my strength and endurance goals.”

“Programming and coaches are top notch. With Revo strength and conditioning programming, I've been able to address past injuries and stay injury free through winter and summer sports. Because of Revo, this has been the first summer in years I've been able to mountain bike and gravel bike with absolutely no hip or achilles pain!”

“No BS, solid gym. Rolled through town as an overnight stop and a short-notice day pass was no hassle (that can be rare sometimes). Clean facility and I will definitely return if I find myself in Missoula again.”

“Best gym in Missoula. Great facilities, great vibes, and great instruction (Kayla is my hero). I don’t live local so I did drop-in classes, but this would definitely be my primary gym in Missoula.”

“The two things I like the most about Orange Theory are the number of classes and the variety of times available. I drive 20 miles each way for every class because it's worth it! Also the customer service has been outstanding. I had an issue and as soon as OT found out about it, it was immediately taken care of. Thank you so much! I also like that I can go with my friend and am making new friends.”

“I work in the fitness industry and have tried a plethora of workouts across the country and world. Daniel and CrossFit Missoula have been the best I've found. It's actually fun, you see results quickly (I could do zero pull ups when I started and used the bands, the other day I did 100 pull ups - albeit mostly 1 at a time but still!), and the community of members is great and encouraging of all levels. So those variables will actually keep you coming back unlike 99% of workouts. And Daniel's background uniquely positions him to help work around legacy sports injuries and eliminate them - an unexpected, tremendous benefit. Have never enjoyed and had more success with a regimen before!”

“I just love this workout and the Instructor, Kate! Still hard for me to explain to my friends what exactly Gyrotonic's is but it's done wonders for my joints, muscles and lengthening my body. I guess the best way to describe it is that it is similar to pilates in that you use a machine that's made of wood and has lots of pulleys. But the movements are more similar to dancing. And if I'm not mistaken this form of exercise was created for dancers, by dancers. I typically will go back-and-forth and will do pilates for a few months, then switch to gyrotonic. I feel like by changing my workout regularly I'm constantly changing which muscles I workout. The studio is easily accessible, lots of parking ava and located on Higgins above the Habitat Floral Studio.”

“From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The gym itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere for a productive workout session. The best part for me was definitely the sauna. Top notch experience overall”

“The time I spend at body pump (strength), yoga, and pickle ball every week are my FAVORITE and it's all because of the PEAK. I was initially skeptical of the high monthly prices compared to cheaper gyms, but I am SO glad I invested. Not only are the facilities the cleanest I've ever seen, but the group classes are the reason I am still going to the gym!”

“Love going to this gym to catch the Sean Hannity show. David Traynor maybe be a snowflake but he's allowed to use the women's locker room to cry it out.”

“As long as you build a routine to stick to this is probably the best gym at the membership price. It has every piece of equipment that a novice-advanced would ever need. It's rare for me to walk in the gym and not have a squat rack to use. If you come into the gym with the right program you're going to get results. My only real criticism is it should have a cambered barbell in the quiet room. As of 2023 many bodybuilders are picking up on the fact that the cambered barbell produces a superior stretch for benching than normal barbells so it makes sense to do this little update imo. It would only cost what, 150? 250 for the gym to buy? As for people thinking they're getting screwed over by the contract: why start a gym membership anywhere if you're not committed to the fitness lifestyle?”
