We will not go back. We measured our opening for the fridge. The fridge should have fit but didn’t since one side of fridge had a bow in it. A level placed on the side of fridge rocked back and forth. We had to pay a 25% restocking fee of $574.75 even though the measurement of fridge was wrong. We tried to talk to Tim the manager, but he started arguing. We had to look for a fridge 3” narrower. There were none in stock with our requests. So we ended up with a smaller size fridge without French doors and water and ice on the outside. It was delivered and sits crooked in the opening. The top has a 3” gap and the bottom has a 1 3/4” gap from wall. Looks lopsided and is not level.

There's no reason to buy your appliances anywhere else except at Fred's. They sell the best brands at competitive prices. But, the real advantage of buying from Fred's is their exceptional customer service. We've never experienced the level of service and quality of service at every step of our appliance purchases. From sales to delivery, Fred's has the best service of any business that we work with. Just incredible, thanks Fred's!

Fred’s Appliance is the absolute best! We wish that we could give ten stars! We have purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher from them. We have also used their service department for warranty repair. Whether we were shopping in store or contact by phone, we always were impressed with the customer service. We recently had a challenging issue with a three year old dishwasher and it was resolved by replacing with a new one. The two service techs that were out to our home mentioned that the owner has a heart of gold in wanting to do right by all his customers. We certainly agree. It is so refreshing to deal with a business that values its customers and prides itself on being so reputable. We will always recommend Fred’s Appliance:)

We went into Fred's with the intent to purchase a freezer. Our zero pressure saleslady Andrea was a fantastic experience. We had it delivered and the two deliverymen were neat, clean and professional. (Connor and Trent). Thank you and we will be back.

Stephen Shaw called and provided clear and concise help. Great attitude and polite. Give him a raise.
Follow up - I went in person to pick up items. Your staff couldn't find me in the system? Yet I had Stephen set up Will Call. It was not set up at the store. Looked to me that the store was chaotic. Eventually my purchase was found and I was told to go to loading dock #2 (spray painted?). Eventually someone came out and loaded into my truck. Not real friendly at all - never even said hello. Ok, whatever. Last but not least - your Men's bathroom. One toilet that staff use along with customers? IT was NASTY. I traveled 2 hrs and had to use...I wont use again. Unsat.

Great sales people. Amazing delivery and set-up. HORRIBLE Customer service. Never received all of the parts (filters) to my new refrigerator. I called sales, they say it's a warranty issue. Warranty Department required pictures to prove there were no filters delivered with the unit. Numerous calls later. STILL NO FILTERS.

Fred's will be my go-to for appliances going forward. Very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone, super fast delivery, delivery guys were careful, efficient and professional. Took the time to make sure we were happy with everything, and were able to answer all of our questions. They know the product they're delivering. Price was competitive with big box stores.

Fred’s not only saved my bacon and everything else in my fridge, but my peace of mind! My refrigerator went out right before Labor Day and Liz, along with the amazing team at Fred’s, found me exactly what I needed to replace the old one and got it to me in less than a week.… Which was not easy over Labor Day! I have seldom dealt with a business as friendly, cooperative, and so well-versed in what they do as Fred’s Appliances!! I would highly recommend them as your first stop for any help!?

My patience has worn out! My expensive thermador ovens have stopped working three times in three years. It takes weeks to months to get a service appointment which results in ordering parts (usually a computer board) which takes a few more weeks, and then even more time to get another service appointment to actually fix the appliance. In the three years I’ve had this appliance, it hasn’t worked for 6 or more months. It’s clearly a lemon and I have requested a replacement….weeks ago. I call every week to find out the status of my request and I’m told the response from thermador is pending. Meanwhile, no ovens all summer. Not impressed with Fred’s.

Changed my review to the LOWEST score possible. Talked to “manager” Tim and was suppose to call me back and it’s been 7 days and still no answer or call back regardless of the answer. Worst customer service ever. I would not buy from them again. We had a terrible experience buying a “lemon” fridge online from another company so we decided when we got our money back we would buy local. So we bought from Fred’s. Feeling jaded before we got their extra warranty so they could fix anything if we needed. A few months later our water and ice stop working. We call them out. They come out and say they need to order parts. Almost a month later I call to check and nobody ever ordered the parts! Then finally the parts come and they say over another week for someone to come out. He comes out and doesn’t have the right parts and has to order them again. Who knows if they’ve even been ordered this time or if they are correct. Almost two months no water or ice. Oh and the parts lady who always answers the phone is super snippy and not helpful.
