Absolutely terrible bookkeeping, boarder line criminal. Had to pull 2 years of records and literally spell out every single charge and what invoice it paid. Turns out they had over billed me by more than $500, shame on me for not catching it sooner! Crystal pretty much just charges your card whenever she feels like it for any amount she feels like with no rhyme or reason and absolutely zero communication about what's going on. She refuses to answer the phone and have a conversation about it. Always blames it on a "new account system" which I think they've had 3 in the last year. Had to cancel my debit card and revoke their ability to "auto pay". Totally ridicules business. Switching to a different company as soon as the over payment plays out because of course you can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email to get a refund. I would encourage all current customers to check your records!

Horrible bookkeeping experience! I quit using their service then ,1.5 years later using an expired debit card number I was billed for $130 for a month 2 years ago that I supposedly did not pay for. Don't recommend their service unless you want to pay for services you did not use.

I would give this business a 100 if I could. Crystal was amazing. She did not have what we needed that day and never promised she could deliver. We then looked at a larger unit....which we found was too large for our space. We were bummed and were going to have to part with some building supplies we wanted. She took 2 days and had the unit delivered.Ben, one of the drivers delivered the unit I wanted but had not called me like I wanted him to before dropping it. I was concerned and called to see when they might be calling for the delivery. Crystal was alarmed because Ben had already finished for the day. She apologized all over herself and asked me to call her back if it was not placed correctly.I then within 10 minutes or less had a call from Ben apologizing as well and offering to make it right. I mean WOW how awesome to admit you did not do something exactly as requested. Professionals don’t do this very often but if they did, it would mean more business.I called all of the other companies who were listed. They were charging $150.00by an hour from Calgary for delivery. They only sold their units and they were 3 times the price they are at Lockwood.All businesses should treat their customers the way Crystal does!!! These guys are great. Purchased a 20 foot container from them this week. The container was just as described - clean and almost brand new. Delivered on time (great driver), placed in the exact spot where we wanted it, and pricing as discussed with Crystal. Would recommend contacting them for a quote. We will definitely use them if we need another container.
