Drove from shepherd ,on the verified word of the guy on the phone, to purchase a part . When I got there they asked for double the amount quoted . When trying to get to the bottom of this I was given a "buy it or leave " type attitude. Go anywhere but here . Would not recommend

Well, that's not the Laurel store, and Jim worked the dude named Joe for months straight, no day off. Then he made derogatory comments and was discriminated against towards his "wife/friend " and referred to her as a scubas.... she was neglected due to his inability to have a personal life. This store has never let me down. Friendly and knowledgeable staff have gotten me to the right parts in times when I didn't know what the right part was! I don't even live near this store anymore and still come back when I need the right part the first time!

No stars! Rude, unknowledgeable, attitude, eating in front of customers. First I call to check for a part and get attitude when I called their garage. Then more attitude on the next call when I verified that the store was an actual auto parts store and after spending 3.5 minutes while she tried looking something (apparently) incorrect up and quoted me wrong. Then all 5 employees at their register didn't even acknowledge the ONLY customer in the store. When I ask for a tiny bit of assistance taking the old part off I hear "we can't do that". I just literally stood here and watched you shove a half burrito in your face while at your register with no mask and now you can't help a customer?! There is more ridiculousness of how no one seems to know their front end from a back end at Napa but.... I think the point is made. Next time I'll take the days to order the part from a company that comprehends customer service.
