Ordered one item pickup, could not locate a place on my phone to contact once I arrived, so I finally called. Was rudely told off by the worker on the phone as well as when he came to the car for not doing it correctly. I would not recommend this service .

The people who work at the pharmacy are always nice but dear god the drive through has to be the worst in the entire world. They rarely have the second lane open and will allow people to sit at the window for 10+ minutes while cars stack up behind them. I’ve gotten stuck behind someone at the window for 20 minutes while other cars blocked me in from behind and there’s no hope of getting out. It’s not that difficult to ask someone to take a lap and come back when their order is ready or to come inside when they have complicated and time consuming orders. I was the 5th car in line tonight and waited 5 minutes without budging an inch so I went inside to find two techs actually helping (one at the window and one at the counter) while others just stood around chatting. If there was another option for a pharmacy that worked with my schedule, I would utilize it because the amount of time lost to Walgreens is utterly absurd.

Dropped off my disposable camera there from my sisters wedding to get developed. I apparently dropped it off in august not noticing how much time had passed (I was thinking it had only been two months but time flew by I didn’t notice) so I called in asking for an update. The guy said it has been 6 months and they had thrown my stuff away. He said they don’t call.. they’ll text or email. I never received a call, text or email! I always check my texts before deleting and I checked my email after not touching it in a year.. Nothing! Yes, that was a long time not to notice I admit that was my fault. But to not try and reach out at least 3 times to me feels like bad customer service. I work in customer service and I personally couldn’t have thrown someone’s things away without trying to call a few times cause I have a good conscience. Will never use this Walgreens again for any of my shopping.

I do not like how the employees speak to the other employees or customers. Refusing to admit there was a simple miscommunication and blame an employee, and then the customer...? It was a simple miscommunication. On both ends. Take responsibility for your part and talk kind of your employees.Looks like a common theme amongst reviews though.

Pharmacy person was dreadful. It would have been quicker and better service to drive 50 miles to Polson.

I totally understand as I've been in a retail environment the stress and being treated like crap but not EVERYONE treats your employees like this, I can assure you. I have a significant other who called for a prescription availability and the shortness\attitude toward that person, who is anything but rude and is always polite, was quite unwarranted. Trying to be understanding but this isn't the first time we've encountered this which is why we moved on in the first place. We came back to try again, but that was a mistake.

Their pharmacy hours are so erratic with the constant changes that one can never be sure anymore when they'll be open or not. It's a shame because most of the technicians and pharmacists are very nice and helpful there...

Don’t even bother. We’ve tried picking photos up from here 3 times - the first time they never printed them (ordered through the Google app) and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to be printed. The second time they printed them and then tossed them? (Ordered through the Walgreens app). So I had to ask for them to be reprinted after waiting half an hour for someone to show up at the photo counter, who never showed up until I called the store and talked to someone WHILE AT THE PHOTO COUNTER and said I’d been waiting for half an hour. Then when they did show up, I asked to cash out a few other things with my pictures and was told “I have a lot of stocking to do that I didn’t get to yesterday, so…” And the third time they never confirmed our order, and when we called to get an update we were told by the person “in the office” to just call back because they couldn’t help us. So we showed up to wait in line for 20 minutes before bailing, still haven’t gotten the photos. So yeah, don’t bother with photos here!

After being yelled at by one of your customer service people named Jacob. I will never come back to the Kalispell Walgreens that was unnecessary. And he was very Out of line. Might be why you have a two star rating.

This store is an absolute circus. Photo prints are ready 50% of the time, despite getting an email saying otherwise. Long, slow lines at the register. Add an extra 15 minutes to your trip if plan to buy anything at this store because you’ll be in line for awhile.

They don't let you do 0 stars, so one will have to do. My in-laws, who are in their 80s are stuck with this pharmacy due to medicaid. The amount of stress from not-ready pills, errantly canceled refills and general incompetence will likely put them in an early grave. Walgreens as a company should be embarrassed this store even exists. When we come visit the in-laws we also get to share in the wonderful cases of arriving from BigFork to pick up a prescription which we have a message saying it is ready...only it isn't ready and it will be another 30 minutes. Except that 30 minutes is an hour, or two. At some point I will start invoicing them for wasting our time.Bottom line, don say things are ready when they aren't. Don't tell seniors who might actually die if you screw up their medicine you can't fill something you said was ready an hour ago even though your store canceled the order and didn't tell them. Are these requests too difficult? I know you have to have some sense of intelligence to pass the pharmacist school.

Zero Stars if Possible, for the Pharmacy.Made an Appointment for a follow up COVID TEST. Was told I had to go through Drive thru (which is understandable). Showed up 30 minutes early because the drive thru is always busy. After 30 minutes I was still 3 cars back so I called the pharmacy to make them I was aware I was there and they said no problem, that was fine and they would see me when I got to the Window. Got to the window and was informed the person that does the test had decided to go to lunch, but could get back in line (which is now 10 cars deep) and by the time i got back to the window the tester would be back. I asked what is the POINT of making an appointment if the person isnt going to be there and they could not answer. Have been a customer there for years and Now I Will Not Be Back.

Understaffed and very busy pharmacy. I called about my prescription, they had help from Missoula. Was filled within the hour! Thanks and I know you’re busy! So I appreciate it
