There have been major stock issues at this location for many years— long before Covid. I don’t know how it’s even possible to have a major problem like this for so long. It’s incredibly frustrating for customers and definitely not good for a company.Store pick-up?? Don’t even waste your time!(2 stars added for nice employees, though)

Target is one of the only shopping options where I live. I’ve shopped with Target for a long time and almost never leave without making a purchase.Do be aware that they have changed their return policy and you can no longer exchange items, but you can return them and rebuy. That means if you buy something on sale (which I did, online) and you want a different color or need a different size, you can return it and get your money back and then rebuy it for a higher price. It seems like a money grab on Target’s part. Again, this is one of the only shopping options we have in my town, it will make me think twice about buying because I don’t want to be punished for changing my mind.

Employees are great but would love to see them actually keep track of what is and what isn’t in stock.. I shouldn’t have to drive a whole hour from home just to find out something I did need was out of stock :( luckily got 2 day shipping on the item instead, but instead of chatting to each other at the help and service desk maybe open up a check stand or two.

I ordered for pickup so I can quickly pick up what I needed, I ordered something and got an email that they were not in stock. I ended up going inside and walked straight to the item and there were bunches left. I took them to the counter and the women helping me wasn’t the most friendly and couldn’t even put them with the order I had to “repurchase” them even after the payment had already gone through my pay pal through the app. I normally don’t complain over things like this but it’s frustrating when they say it’s of stock but it’s not. It makes you think if they are just not doing their job or quickly look and give up. Come on target.

The Assocaites were super friendly and very helpfull, had everything I was looking for, the store was fairly clean and organized the only thing I wish were improved were the checkout wait time

I had the worst customer service I have ever had at the Starbucks in target. My sister and I ordered our drinks (not complicated drinks) the barista was not friendly and seemed cranky to be working. After that we went and waited for our drinks and the 2 baristas were complaining about making them, arguing back and forth what the drinks were. Then when the 2nd barista finished the drinks she called them out I went up to grab them, I said thank you and she said nothing and just rolled her eyes. She then continued to stare at me when we were waiting for our friends drink. My sister asked why she was staring so much (cause it was so odd) I said I have no idea. We grabbed our stuff and went to walk out when that 2nd barista walked by us (almost ran us over) and started saying something under her breath at me so I said excuse me cause I couldn’t understand her and she yelled something, rolled her eyes and walked away. The weirdest, most rude experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks or have ever had anywhere.

Absolutely terrible inside the store. It looks like even with a night stocking crew and daytime stocking crew the toy area hasn't been touched in weeks. Pallets full of used boxes and items going untouched. And there right in the middle of the isles. Have been for weeks. Do they have employees that work???? Or do they pay them to sit around and chat. Pathetic

There are hardly ever people working the registers (and if there is, its 1 person), though plenty standing around, not appearing to do much except talk. The number of self check outs are growing and I refuse to use them for multiple reasons. There are pallets blocking aisles almost every time I go in. Recently, I received the wrong item from an online order, got a barcode in an email they could scan at the store to return it...after 30 minutes of back and forth at the customer service counter, being sidelined repeatedly for pick-up orders (which were apparently more important), they said they couldn't refund it, something about it being the wrong item.......which was why it was being returned in the first place!

I would rate them at 5, but they have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked and are out of things that I'm looking for a lot of the time

Last time I'll go to this store! Not only do they want you to pay their high prices, but they also expect you to check yourself out. The areas where you usually have someone to check you out were all self service. I did the work, and had someone just standing there watching me. I've had it with these fools.

I went in to do some light shopping. There was a mess or something spilt in the ailes with asgn left there. I couldn't find anyone that worked there to help me. There was Nothing on the shelves. It is very unpleasant to see target going down hill.

Went to Target to pick up an order and Jake greeted me at the door, smile on his face and offered me a cart, very professional and polite. Then the man that went to get my order was SO helpful, very quick, I was out of the store in less than 3 minutes, and I was smiling. Thank you Target for having such exemplary employees.

Wonderful product selection and willing, ready-to-help associates. I almost got my white shoes dirty by stepping a unidentified goop on the floor - uh oh! However, I was saved by employee Jonathan! He quickly took note of the mess on the floor and rushed to retrieve some cleaning supplies and cleaned up the mess in no time! Words cannot describe my appreciation for employee Jonathan's help and I think he deserves a lot of praise and rewards for his hard work and good behavior! 5 stars for the store and 500 stars for employee Jonathan!!!
