I am not sure what happened but they have decided to close the hot deli department early. I went in for fried chicken at 6 pm which is when they normally make their last batch but they didn't have much and they didn't make any more. I bought three 8 piece chicken meals but I had to mix fried and baked and even then they ran out of chicken. Plus the young woman who helped me was a little rude. She didn't understand what I wanted and didn't want to ask me questions or listen to me trying to help her. If there was a better place for fried chicken I would not be going back there at all.

The store is very clean with a nice layout, wide aisles, in-store sales, and a friendly staff. Rosauers has it all...deli, bakery, meat department, fresh fruits & vegetables, a floral section, and a large selection of regular grocery items along with a large assortment of healthy foods and drinks. There are "8 or less items" check out lanes, regular check out lanes, and self check out stations giving customers a quick and easy check out experience.

horrible place to work! Terrible management and too many lazy, controlling, supervisors! Thanks however, stole a ton of your customers! Current manager in Missoula Montana is worthless and sits up in his office, and tries to find ways to get rid of employees with alot of seniority! Sad, used to be a great place to work!

Great store, good products from health food to your normal brands. It is tidy and arranged nicely.

What an amazing team. Both Roberta and Dan went out of their way to help me out. Great smiles. These two need an atta boy for sure. Then, when taking a couple photos for review, the pleasant security officer introduced himself and showed his badge. Since there was an attempted bank robbery in the area yesterday, he was doing his job. He also was great once I explained that I was doing a Google review and wanted photos of the beautiful log work that makes the store unique. Great store.

Best in class. Can't beat their food. Garment peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Are problem the best. Cookies from a store bakery iv tasted. It may seem a bit expensive. But in reality you get what u pay for. You are what u eat. And. I recommend this. Place. Before anything in the world happens worse. I'd highly support them

This is a very well managed grocery store. I love the wide isles, the cleanliness, and the friendly employees. One wants to hear and smell good things upon entering a grocery store. This one has that. I gave 4 stars because prices are a bit higher than other stores I have been to in the valley.

Shout out to Ellen! I came in today just to fill water, we do our shopping at Rosauers on Saturdays. Went down the candy aisle because I was looking for something very specific. Ellen was there, and I asked if they were just discontinuing chocolate licorice everywhere? She said, "no, it was just something that doesn't sell that much of so I quit sticking it, but I could order some in for you. It will be here Friday." What?!?! Stores do that? Well Ellen does! I've always loved Rosauers, but this type of customer service but I see repeatedly is why I always keep coming back! See you Saturday Ellen.
