Had a fantastic rental experience in Kalispell, MT. Car was ready at Glacier Jet Center and was able to easily return it at same location. Was able to see a bunch of Glacier National Park and the surrounding area with this Nissan . Great experience!

Worst one I have ever been to. First two cars had warning lights for faulty brake systems. Third one had tires that shouldn’t be on a vehicle in winter in Montana. Lets hope it doesnt snow. This location obviously does not do any maintenance. Rent at your own risk.

Rented here several times (8 different weeks). I never got a car in the class I had reserved, never got an upgrade, never had a clean car, never got one with Montana plates. The employees at the counter don't really seem to care what you reserved or why, and if the car I wanted was sitting in their parking lot, I was never allowed s to rent it somehow it was always spoken for. I guess they hold cars for other people, just not me?

Rented a standard SUV through National Car Rental at Glacier International Airport in Kalispell, MT and would highly recommend this location. Service was friendly when I called to ask a question before our rental period. Getting our car after a late night flight was not a problem and the service associate was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend National Car Rental at this location.

the folks at the Kalispell National Car rental were amazing to work with..got in early... advised car would be up soon.. and it was... very smooth and love the key drop off part

Literally the worst emerald club experience I have had x 3. Didn't write a review after their first two experiences, but the third time is the charm. Same faces, same rude responses and ultimately same failure to deliver the product they promise and I expect when I rent a car. I do have a choice, the requests are relatively simple and the customer service remains non existent. Today I arrived a 1:30...same time every time I've flown in here. They said they had my car reserved for 4:00 and I would have to wait. I don't make the reservation, my company does and they may have made a mistake. But I shouldn't have to wait 2.5 hours for a car and I said I couldn't ( and I shouldn't have to) so instead they gave me (as a punishment) a Toyota Camry in Kalispell in the winter. NoAWD, no remote start. Mind you , rent close to a 100 days a year and this is the only place that doesn't seem to get it.

Arriving in Kalispell, MT, the National counter was staffed by friendly team members who got me the keys to my vehicle quickly. This however was an issue; unlike most national locations I was not able to pick my vehicle. I am not a small man, so when I went out and saw as a full size vehicle i had a corolla, i was concerned. the manager on duty fixed this quickly however and got me into a Nissan Rogue, so bonus points on them for helping me out!

Horrendous!! Incompetent and poor service. Reserved a midsize online with Sirius radio, got to the terminal and the young lady said the car has Sirius and it might take 15 min to ping the system, I went out to the car a Hyundai Accent, "not a midsize", and it had no provision for satellite radio. I went back in and she said give it a little more time, I said the car does not have capability for Sirius. I told her I need another car since its not the one I reserved, she said drive the car around and come back at 7pm. I returned at 7pm with my internet contract showing midsize and Sirius and showed her and she said she can refund the Sirius charge and that she was unaware of Hyundai cars and Sirius. I told her I have no ride home and not the rental car I reserved and my trip was delayed. I proceeded to terminate the contract and went to another rental company. I was at the terminal for about 4 hrs total.

Our plane landed on time at the airport. I went straight to the National desk. They said that they were washing and cleaning vehicles and would not have one ready for 45 minutes. This happened to other customers too.
