Stood around for literally 1 hour and not a single staff person asked me if I needed help with/ finding anything.When somebody finally did acknowledge me - and this is when I left the store and came back later to see if I would get a different result - they were very rude, and rolled their eyes whenever I would ask a serious question.I also think it is sort of annoying that they advertise something, but they do not have it. If they do happen to have something, we were told it would be 12-13 weeks before they could get it.We ordered two things in June - nothing big - a few hammocks and some other items - still have not heard anything.They don't do deliveries or installation - their displays are filthy,

I had went the other day and didn’t know what I was looking for and the helpers are amazing. I was looking for specific tools and hardware and a nice gentleman named Juan I believe, helped me do so!

I've been frequently visiting home depot for many years with much success until this time. I went there looking for a battery powered pole saw. I found 1 pole saw there made by some off brand I never herd of. As much as I'd rather do my business at home depot rather than Lowes I had to visit Lowes where I found a variety of pole saws. I purchased a craftsman. So it looks like I'll be spending more time at Lowes now, sorry home depot...

Home Depot in Kalispell, Mt. has everything that a person would need in the way of lumber, appliances, hardware, tools, garden things, carpeting, remodeling, roofing, fencing, and a lot more. Most importantly though are the friendly and helpful employees. Whatever your needs Home Depot is the place to be.

It's a Home Depot. I like this store because I am not constantly approached by someone asking me about whatever project it is I am trying to over complicate. I find that when I finally do need help (usually finding something) the staff is more than happy to help... Except one guy, in the back near the lumber... Other than him it's all you could want from a Home Depot.

It's always been hit or miss every time I come in here. One time we needed a new fridge because ours went out, and the best they could offer was a mini fridge... WHAT GOOD IS A MINI FRIDGE TO REPLACE A FULL SIZED FRIDGE!?!?! We ended up going elsewhere for a fridge, which we are happy with. Another project we needed help with was replacing a hot water heater, and nobody in the store had knowledge about such a matter. Ended up going elsewhere for that too.

I bought a brand new hot water heater, took it home, hooked it up... And to my surprise... THE RELIEF VALVE is leaking all over... Called the Kalispell Home Depot to try to remedy the problem... Was on HOLD almost 30- minutes! Hung up, called a second time... Phone rang for 5- minutes straight... Called a third time, after a 3- minute wait... The gal I talked to told me, " you will have to pull the heater back out and return it to them...???? I am over 60- miles away... Plus now I have to unkook, drain, load, and haul it all that way...why not just give me a replacement pop off valve??? I am done with Home Depot!

I've shopped at this place for years. Like the variety and quality of the products. I really like that you can order online and get it shipped free to my home a lot of times, or the store if it doesn't ship free.

The return policy for plants per the website says a receipt is required but the lady wants all my dead plants I suppose. So, instead of making a customer happy I will have to make the 30 minute trip home to dig up dead roots- since their plants are terrible apparently and the perennials all died. I am a huge Home Depot fan but I will not be back to this one except to get my money back with a trash bag of dead plants. Hopefully the same lady is there tomorrow so she can sort through muddy roots. On top of that she was rude to me- terrible... waited in line for 20 minutes for awful service. Customer service means nothing at the customer service desk here. Be ware. I guess each store can set their own policy with Home Depot...

Typically I have no problems with Home Depot, but this past weekend I was very disappointed with their service. I called to check and see if a window I needed was in stock, however the window guy told me it was in the store on a crate somewhere and not out on the shelf. He didn't know where it could be and it would take some time to locate. He asked when I needed it and I said today, but I could come tomorrow(Monday), could as in I don't really want to come back but if you can't find it today I would come back. He took my name and number, and didn't communicate well that he wouldn't be looking for it today(Sunday), so I showed up 20 minutes later to inquire. He said I just spoke to you 10 minutes ago and you said you'd come tomorrow(Monday). I said well it sounded like you may get to it today, is that not the case and he said no. I told him I needed the window and I would be back for it tomorrow for sure. He apologized and I left. It's now Tuesday and no call! I understand the shortage in employees, but if your store has an item for sale that a customer needs(deadlines, had to reschedule our contractor twice over this) then they need to get their products out on the shelves or at least know where they are! I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and disregard to what I needed. Needless to say I found the window the next day(Monday) at WBC and went there.

I was really appreciative of all the help this time. Things have really improved. I live an hour and a half away. As early as a year ago when I called in for some white pine, the associate I talked to told me he didn't have time and to come find it myself. ? spoke to the floor manager and haven't really gone back since. This is 180 degrees turn around. Love the difference???

Plants here seem in decent shape. Almost everyone was wearing a mask including workers.
