“I had a remote car started installed in my car at Marty's. It worked great. Then I went to use it one day and it didn't work. I called Marty's and Max told me to bring it in at my convenience and they would take a look at it. Great. Well it just so happened that the very next day I was at a gas station getting gas and so was Max. We recognized each other and told him how funny it was that I just called him yesterday about my remote car starter not working. Max asked me if he could take a look at something real quick. I said sure go for it. He check under my dash , flipped a switch( I think) told me to try it. I didand it started right up. Haha it was just a switch. Took him a whole 30 seconds and I didn't even have to bring my car in to the shop. Talk about customer service! Thanks Max!! Your awesome!”
