I came in for my appointment and the stylist basically talked me out of doing my hair. She made me feel like a leper because I have been using boxed color. Does she realize pretty much everyone (except maybe Nancy Pelosi) had to use box color this past year? She told me she couldn't guarantee that my hair wouldn't fall out, turn orange, etc. I felt like she wanted the morning off, or I was not worth her time. Very disappointed, horrible attitude. Would never give her my business or trust her...period. I am sure she was not the owner and hopefully the owner will not condone this negative attitude.

I am new to the area and looked for a good salon that did highlights. I love the way Lacey did my hair!!! I have fine, thin hair, and she made it full of volume and healthy!!! I will definitely go back. Plus I got to pet a sweet Black Lab puppy while I was at the salon. And who doesn’t like great hair and puppies!!!

Not too long ago I took my mom to get a mani/pedi and we were treated like royalty. Kortnie was patient, kind, and took special care with mom. Brandy did an amazing job on my feet and hands, she didn't complain once about the rough condition of my feet. We go every few weeks now and are still as happy with the service as the first time!

I got my hair highlighted by Portia today! I’m in town for a wedding and called hoping they’d have an opening. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend her. I wish I lived in Kalispell now, so she could do my hair on the regular.

I can't say enough good things about this place. DeNeal has done my hair for years and always does an absolutely amazing job. The atmosphere is really great and everyone is always super nice. It's so hard to find a hairstylist that you love and I can't recommend DeNeal enough. I know the other people here are great too.

I love this salon! Everytime I come here everyone is happy and caring. This is probably one of the cleanest places I have ever been too. You definitely get treated like family here. whatever your ranking may be. I give this place an A++, gold star, 10/10

Stopped in one day because I really needed a trim and my regular hair lady was booked for weeks. DeNeal gave me a cut and color and I haven't gone anywhere else since. She's great ! She also provided me with the right products for my extra dry hair!

Took my daughter in for a new haircut while she was visiting. I had gone for myself once and had a good experience. Unfortunately my daughter did not. She wanted a simple trim, nothing fancy. Looked good leaving salon, a little shorter than requested, but after getting home and brushing it out found it was uneven with stray pieces longer than either side. I was unable to get her back in for a fix due to our schedule and short hours at salon. Won't go back.
