Some customers are faithful customers. When a loyal customer comes in and asks for 2 dollar bills in exchange for quarters. It shouldn't be questioned. Period. Not customer service I will have in my life anymore. Have a great day.
Shouldn't matter if your purchasing anything at that time. Just saying

I wish I could give more than five stars. If you look at my history of reviews, that's not a thing for me. However, today it is.Big shout-out to Holly at the Conoco Town Pump on Montana Avenue by Taco Johns. The world needs more people like this. Beyond customer service, beyond basic human decency, all the way to just a darn good human. Why? Because she was kind, compassionate, & genuine.I ran out of gas literally 1.5 blocks away. It's the 4th day of our cold snap. She watched me walk up with my can, and immediately offered me a coffee. She then proceeded to hold an actual, intelligent conversation about the weather changes (wind?! Since when??!!), automobiles and the folly of EV (hows the cold treating you Tesla folks?), and why good interpersonal skills (such as those possessed by we who grew up in the 80's & 90's) are so vital to the human experience. There's a saying the at goes: "You just never know who you're sitting next to on the bus." It's similar to, " Don't judge a book...," but far more poignant.Darn fine human, Holly. I miss interactions like this being the norm. The world would be a better place if it still were. I already am fairly loyal to Town Pump, I'm now specifically loyal to this particular one. Because of Holly. She reminded me that I need to persist in being a decent human, regardless of how others are acting.

very disappointed that the incident in Conrad hasn't been addressed publicly. (Kicking out the entire Heart Butte girls basketball team). That would never happen to a non native team. The store in Browning seems to be very profitable. It'd be a shame if they were to boycott it

I have to question any business that blatantly refuses service to an entire group of native students. But that’s exactly what happened at the Town Pump in Conrad recently. They’re just kids. Refusing to serve them and telling them to get the hell out of his store smacked of racism. Do not recommend Conrad Town Pump.

It was before noon on a Saturday, I asked the lady cashier for change for a $20 she literally said she couldn't. Cause she didn't have the bills. Had a major attitude from the start.

I arrived at Town Pump on Nov. 27th at 10:40. And the lady close the doors on me, said she already close the register down. I explained to the lady the hours on the door say open till 11. And she pretty much said tough luck I'm leaving . I will not be getting gas or anything from this place again. For the fact they don't even honor the store hours posted on the door.
