I want to sing the praises of salesperson Cenira, who assisted me in shopping for women's fashions at the Target in Helena on March 20. She was incredibly helpful and solicitous. I have limited vision and Cenira helped me find various styles, colors and options for the clothing I was looking for. She was exceedingly kind and generous with her time. She offered the level of service that one might expect at a high-end women's fashion boutique.

This is SO heartbreaking to say because Target used to be such a great store & Helena is such a lovely place, BUT this is ONE. OF. THE. WORST. TARGETS. I'VE. EVER. BEEN. TO!!! I've been to stores in Compton, Oakland, Skid Row, & some how the Helena location is THE WORST! OK, so the store is hella disorganized, shelves are often empty, YET pallets of unboxed products litter the aisles & products are always mislabeled. This is a small store so I have NO idea why the store manager can't prioritize unboxing products & put them on the shelves. Why is that so hard? That's their job! Then there's the issue of the products themselves & whomever the merchandise buyer is. This is a predominantly white community yet there's all this woke, BIPOC crap that no one buys so it just sits on their shelves taking up space. There's no purpose for most of these ugly products so it has to be all agenda driven. Whomever is designing these products has no talent or creativity & they have no idea how to read the room or apparently how to forecast sales. This is coming from someone who's Hispanic/Asian & even we don't like it! TAKE A HINT TARGET!I shopped at Target purely for nostalgic reasons but the products have become so overpriced. With Walmart just a few miles away, I find myself choosing Walmart for more selection of products, less expensive products & to not have an agenda shoved down my throat. Walmart mastered true diversity decades ago so its no wonder why they're still the #1 retailer. Sorry Target, your heyday is over. #GoWokeGoBroke

Oh Target, what once was a higher end big box store no feels more like a small, sad, version of Walmart this is slowly being crushed. At least, this location is that way.Target always felt fancier than its competitors, with wide clean aisle, unique products, and helpful staff. This Target in Helena has abandoned all of that. Aisles now feature huge displays and piles of stuff waiting to be put away with just enough room for a cart to get by, dirt and clutter is everywhere. My most recent trip I could not wander the men's clothing department because it had turned into a large storage area for just general clutter. Products that are on the shelves now mostly feel to be the the same cheap throw away items as you can find anywhere else. I do find the staff to still be friendly and helpful, but there are far too few of them to be effective. It is 2023, so you kind of expect that as retailers are pushing people more to online orders and self check out. But the issue is the online ordering for this Target is broken. Something is incredibly wrong with their inventory system. I have made 3 online pick up orders for this Target within the last month and each time it turns out they do not have the product the app/website claimed they had. I've now given up on it, as it has just proven to be a waste of time. Other retailers, even other Target locations, seem to be able to adapt to the new digital reality. Something very unique seems to be going on at the Helena Target, as if it is the store corporate has forgotten about. I imagine what we see here is a lot like what going into the last Blockbuster must have been like.

I don't know what happened to Target. The staff seem too bothered to help with anything. We were ready to check out recently and were next to do so. A woman with short hair literally left the register and began a full conversation with a coworker on the next register. We stood there for a few min. waiting and then went elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

I visited Target because there was no Kohl's in Helena? We had things to buy. The salesperson helping us was nice. We found everything we needed. She reminded us that there was no sales tax in Montana. Coming from Los Angeles where we pay 9.5% sales tax, combined with the 5% we saved from using the Red card, we thought it was tempting. But we didn't need anything else. Yeah, it's Target. Most of them suck. But, this one was good.

The store manager is a one of the snootiest people that I have ever came in contact with at a retail business.

My experience at this target was absolutely horrendous! I attended this target with my African American friend and my Latina friend and then my Caucasian friend. We were having a grand time, all while being respectful and civilized. We were targeted throughout the store (borderline harassment) and my African American friend and Latina frienasked to leave. This could be racial and it could also just be plain ignorance. Please don't come here unless you support trump or racism!!! Hey yelpers, I decided to give target another chance and was sadly met with more racism and disrespect. They've officially used all their chances and I will be going to therapy for the trust issues they caused. F U TARGET

I needed a couple of tshirts due to miscounting what I'd packed and a tube of toothpaste because it ran out too quickly, so here we are at Target. I found the store to be consistent with the brand, bright lights, well stocked aisles, everything in the right place. Checkout had a reasonable number of registers open for the flow of customers at 8pm on a Sunday night. Plenty of parking with a tidy lot. No loose carts or full cart corrals.

Tiny store with slim pickings. I give an extra star because the staff person Megan did a phenomenal job processing my return.

For a while it seemed hit or miss with who would be helping you at the target mobile store. It felt like I knew more than the workers about Verizon policy. I decided to give it one more chance and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the new mobile manager is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile.

Yikes. This place is: * closing * soon to be closing * or should be closing Its barren. And by that I mean not only are the shelves barren, but the floor is barren and missing rows and rows of shelves. Actually its missing rows and rows, period. [you can see the outline on the floor of where rows once were, but are no longer.] Like half expecting to see tumbleweed roll through- that's how bare and wide open! Additionally, the grocery section is very limited. No refrigerator section and certainly no freezer. No fresh produce, or for that matter no produce whatsoever. No cinnamon- like not even a spot for where they might have stocked cinnamon. [I know this is weird but I went there for three things- one of which was cinnamon. Turns out this Target doesn't carry cinnamon, PB2, yoghurt, amongst many, many other things.] Best recommendation: don't go here. Find someplace else- you'll probably have to anyways- might as well save yourself a trip.

Love this place! I always am able to get help and all associates are trying to help in some way or another. Customer service isn't ever a waiting game! Plus it's clean and the bathrooms are up to par! The shelfs are stocked, organized, and the price is clearly marked! There is some food items and a cold section! I shop here weekly and I wouldn't change it one bit! Plus want to know a bonus? If u buy a large item they offer to wheel it to your car and put in in your car!
