We have both internet and cable. I have no issue with the internet side but find the cable to be over priced for quality of service and the price keeps going up. There is rarely a reasonable explanation for the increases. I am in the process of exploring other options.

Haven't used their internet yet, but my process of getting the necessary equipment was about as easy and painless as it could have been! I was helped by Larry (great guy) and was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes.Once again, can't speak for their internet yet, but their customer service was great (big shoutout to Larry)UPDATE: Tried to install my internet and it turns out that my equipment was faulty. Stole 3 hours from my day and has still not been resolved --> they're sending a technician on Monday. Experience of trying to set it up and get ahold of customer service ruined my day. Once I got ahold of someone they were helpful, but a very unpleasant process overall.

Internet is inconsistent. Some times great, other times really slow. "Don't forget to reset the modem" they say. "I see your modem has not been rebooted in 60 days which is causing the intermittent connection". What? So you're telling me, the masters of the internet sell a device that needs to be rebooted? What year is it?!

Went in to switch my business service from a different provider. I was informed by the staff that they do NOT handle any business accounts at this location and told me to contact a guy over 100 miles away to help. Obviously tried to call and email multiple times and still can't get in touch with someone from their business department. Useless company that obviously doesn't want the business.

I have had a account with spectrum for at least 15 years 200$ a month well this month I only put 180$ on my bill and got shut off over 20 something dollars there is no loyalty in this co at all , I say if you have any other options go with anything other then spectrum ,I really can't believe it and will be switching to anything else out there

I went to the store on Sunday. Posted hours are 12 to 5. Doors are locked and I saw someone hide around the corner through the window.I went back the following Monday. People in the store had been waiting over 2 hours for customer service. I left.Turns out they sent me a broken phone and/SIM card. Total wait time to replace both could take up to 45 days.I'm still waiting to get the broken phone and SIM card replaced, as of March 23rd.It is now April 10th and Spectrum still hasn't helped me. Last week they told me I would get a resolution, no resolution and everytime I call I have to start the whole process all over again. I'm the future I sincerely hope they get their customer service problems worked out.

My internet didn’t work a whole day. Called and was informed my account had been disconnected. I did not disconnect it and was up to date on my payments. I was told that it was a “glitch” or someone gave the wrong address to disconnect.I find it interesting that someone could give the wrong address when I had to provide my name, 4 digit security code and address to get to the right person to talk to. Unbelievable.

Do not recommend this storefront. I suggest visiting the UPS store to return equipment conveniently rather than waiting hours here.
