Not worth what they charge. Since the install my WiFi has gone out AT MINIMUM once everyday. Service is disastrous, I will be switching to TDS here very soon.

I switched from verizon because a nice gentleman said they would pay off my account in order for me to switch my services. I found out today that it was a reimbursement plan that I qualified for and now need to pay my past due at verizon. Everything that he said to me was a lie to get his sales up. They told me they would provide him more training. I was with verizon for 25 years and now regret switching due to the shady service. I don't know what to do and they don't seem to care about their dishonest worker. Also, have discuss with friends and so many of them haven't even received their payout. What a joke!

Why can't I give zero stars?? I have been a faithful customer since 2017, what do I get to show for it my bill going up every time I turn around! Few dollars here, a few dollars there, they don't even tell you just "SUPRISE! your bill went up again, now pay it and dont ask questions!" Who's gonna notice?? Me thats who! Just wow!

EDIT*** VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDING TO REVIEWS WITH A COPY AND PASTE RESPONSE. SHAME ON YOU SPECTRUM FOR NOT BEING HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS
I got three new lines and switched from Verizon. At first everything seemed very clean , cut, professional. The manager that helped us out was super nice but... Everyone failed to mention when they took our old phones that we had to do an extra step... If we wouldn't have had bills coming from Verizon still we would have never known to do the "trade in application" so basically spectrum took and stripped our phones and are trying to get them for free and screw us on our bill. If we don't submit certain information by a certain date we will no longer be eligible to trade in our phones which... They already took our phone so? I feel really ripped off and if I can't get this application done spectrum stole two phones from us. I feel really failed especially by the store manager for not giving us this information. I would go back to Verizon if I could due to this seeming like a sketchy situation. Hopefully my bill is what it says it is..

I have been here twice, once to grab my internet router and modem and once to return, almost 2 years apart. Both times I have seen Nick in action. He displays professionalism, a sense of urgency and an ability to act with care. He has a great sense of duty to do what is right for his customers and Spectrum. I hope he is recognized by Spectrum. He deserves a raise, promotion and a puppy.

Been a customer for a while now... was trying to give spectrum a chance to fix there things. I am a small business and I use the internet quite frequently. The download speeds are always inconsistent but mu biggest problem as of late, is upload speeds. They are far too slow when you need to upload large files fast. The kicker is I do like spectrum and the phone plans are affordable. To be honest with the upload issue I may have to start searching somewhere else. If you do any sort of uploading you need to look else where.

After being a user for 4+ years now. Spectrum has multiple outages. Download speeds are complete garbage at random. Not satisfied with the service for the cost.

I thought we'd be there all afternoon but no, a very nice woman "Meghan" met us at the door, inquired about our need and directed us to another super pleasant employee, "Ben". Both were so courteous and knowledgeable. Our issue was addressed and we have a plan. We were very pleased with the service, employees and resolution of the issues.

The internet during the afternoon is not reliable at all. If you are using it for business good luck. If you are using it for entertainment good luck. Maybe someday they will actually provide quality services.
