We had a great experience with the new manager Crystal Warren. In dealing with LG for a replacement dryer, all they wanted to do was give me the run around for months. Once I got in touch with Crystal, she took it upon herself to get the issue resolved. Within one day of her working on it, LG was finally processing my request. TOP NOTCH customer service from Sears Hometown! Also, do not buy any LG appliance, they treat the consumer horribly. Thank you Crystal.

I would suggest everybody stays away from this store! Nothing was handled correctly And the manager of the store was the one who helped us and lied When we did exactly what she said to do to return a refrigerator that did not work since she didn’t know how to do her job I had to reach out to the district manager he then continued to ignore my calls emails and texts and now is on vacation they have nobody else I can speak to you that can help who is above the district manager has to be somebody? Just do yourself a favor and don’t go!

Bought a new refrigerator on Labor Day 2021- 2 weeks later it quit working- when I called the store I was told to call an 800 number - after many calls and transfers - they sent a repairman two weeks later. The repair man defrosted the fridge and plugged it back in- it worked for 2 weeks again - again I had to jump through hoops to get the repairman - who said that no one in Montana is trained to fix the r600 refrigerators. He wrote this in his notes to the company - I called wanting a refund but was told no - I have to have 3 repair attempts to get an exchange - called the repair number again- was told I would get an email - no email- called the store - was told to call 800 number ….3 months I’ve been trying to get a resolution

I have never been so unhappy. I ordered a ride on mower on Memorial day. They said it would be there on Wed.that week. Well it wasn't there Wed. , Friday or the following week. Now they are saying not till the 30TH OF JUNE IS THERE estimate. I have 2 acres to mow and am disabled. I also bought a push behind weed eater was supposed to be a huskavara. Well wrong again it was something else, I ordered mulching blades well no mower no blades. I also asked them to order a aerator they said they could not but to call every week and see if they get one! Odd dont you think? I checked their website and lo and behold they have one in stock I called the them and they said it was a lie. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I only did because Sears used to have a good name. They might as well close down. I am canceling my card and order not worth the headache.

Bought a oven only because I was told it be delivered on a certain day. They have the oven in stock and now it’s not being delivered for another whole week. Glad I wasted my whole day waiting on them!

Owned a Kenmore refrigerator in my previous residence and needed a water filter. Went to Sears (shortly before they moved into their new store) and no water filters! Staff talked about carrying more filters when they moved into their new store. Well, I'm in a different house, bought a Kenmore refrigerator several months ago and need a filter and guess what? the new store doesn't carry them either. Was told they 'might' come in on the truck, no offer to order for me or anything. I will have to order from Amazon again. You'd think you'd carry parts for the brands you sell. I've had other not so great experiences with this store and will just shop elsewhere from now on.

I purchased a new Kenmore refrigerator and had it delivered on July 9, 2020. I called the Helena Hometown Sears store immediately after the delivery and informed them the compressor was making noise, the front door is scratched, and there is dent. I was told someone would call me back that day. No one called me so I contacted them on Friday and was told the manager would call me on Saturday. The manager never called me Saturday. For 3 days my family has been listening to a noisy compressor on a NEW refrigerator This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I knew this is the way I would have been treated I would have never purchased this product.

Discontinue LG appliances...have been 3 1/2 months now trying to use extended warranty to get fridge fixed, Sears corporate has been no help and we have had repairmen from 2 different places in to try to fix 6-7 times. The last guy is now ordering a hand full of new parts to try and "Frankenfridge" this mess back together...so much for extended warranty. So much for SERVICE.

Purchased product ($5.99) at SearsHomestores online 2 Dec. Product in orginal mailer-unopened. Tried to get refund online x 2. Customer Service told me in order to get refund I needed to go to local Homestore. Called SearsHomestore Helena 6 Dec, told by Manager she couldn't get refund for online bought item. Said she would investigate and call me back. Told her not to call unless she was offering refund. No call back. Called SearsHomestore online Customer Service 7 Dec. No can refund. She filled out special form to have a "Team" call or email me with instructions for refund (I hope). When was the last time anyone had these issues when seeking of refund? Will never purchase from SearsHomestore again if I can avoid it. Saga continues...
