I made an appointment for my 1995 to get the windshield replaced. Morning of the appointment it was cancelled but not by me…it then took me almost an hour to get ahold of the office which I had to do by calling the 844 number and they had to transfer me magically I was able to get ahold of them for them to tell me they only service vehicles that are 2000 and younger.. that would have been nice to know when I was speaking to the guy at the Helena store who made my appointment. Not making any assumptions but I’m pretty sure they have called id(as does everyone) and they were ignoring me thank you safelite you saved me from supporting your horrible business ethic!

Safelite is awesome to work with! My insurance set up my first appointment and I really appreciated getting text and email reminders. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment which was really easy to do from the text or email which takes you to their website with all the available times and there was plenty to chose from. Thanks for a great experience!

Phone system is horrible can't even get a real person to speak with. Will not refer anyone to them or schedule my vehicle through this company.

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment time. drove 65 miles. arrived 20 minutes late due to highway road construction. I was told they would need to reschedule me because I was more than 15 minutes late. Their excuse was they were already two cars behind. That made absolutely no sense either. I will never use SafeLite services again.

Ryan did a nice job replacing my cracked windshield. So far everything seems fine, and the work is guaranteed, so I have peace of mind. The manager of this shop is an excellent leader, and he went the extra mile for me.

This place has the worst customer service. Scheduled service through my insurance and had multiple issues with them completing the job. One, they came to house to replace windshield, had our garage emptied and they still said they couldn't do it. Stating they had to pick up their kids. If your on the clock you shouldn't be doing that. Plus techs behavior was very rude. Second time, same issue, went to the actual company to get windshield replaced, we called beforehand to make sure they had correct windshield cause that was one of their issues they had with us. They stated they did. Drove all the way there and they say "oh windshield is broken that we have for you". Okay, so we rescheduled to get it done a couple weeks later when they get a new one in. Get a call a day before our appointment saying they didn't get our windshield in so we need to look somewhere else. So I do and find a company who can install this and when I go to talk to my insurance to switch my claim over, the insurance company has to call them to switch it over. Safelite then tells my insurance company "oh no, we have the windshield, they have an appointment today". But I just got off the phone with them not five minutes before telling them I was going with a different company and they didn't say a damn thing about having the windshield after they told me they didn't have it. I'm so frustrated, don't go here unless you want to waste your time and energy and money.

The technician lied to me and said the class they were going to install today was defective. This is after I drove over an hour to have the work done. When I drove over and asked to see the defective part I was told they did not have it . Lii then was told they were not going to service me. I guess too embarrassed after getting caught in a lie ?

Originally booked my appointment online and had email confirmation. When I showed up they said they had no record of the appointment. After showing them the confirmation was told that someone must have deleted the appointment. No offer of accommodation of any form. The soonest I was told they could get me in would be 10 days out.

The in house staff that works here are really awesome. The automated phone system you got go through to talk to someone though is not. You are better off physically driving to them and setting stuff up
