I live in helena and I have never had so many problems with my past call phone company's. I have had my plan changed with out my Knowledge. Charges on my phone that could not be explained. I have been trying to up grade my phone to the newer phone I have now and have been told for 6 months that a shipment is coming in and I will be put on a list and get a call when it does come in. After the first time the response was we just sold the last one so I can put you on a list for the next shipment and give you a call when it does. Now I had prime video as part of my plan and now I'm told I have to pay for it or change my plan!!! This company is a joke.

I came in to buy a phone today and the girl working wasn’t wearing a mask. As someone who is immune compromised I found this highly disrespectful especially when there are signs inside and outside the building that say “masks required”. Straight talk will have my business moving forward.

I've had the service for years now and I normally have great customer service experiences, but I moved to Helena from missoula and the woman working is never wearing a mask and I find it so disrespectful

Current manager will take your number out of the system and harrass you on different numbers if she doesn't like you/make you mad. Would. It recommended going there

This is the second time this month been without service. Can't make calls or text. Can't receive texts or receive calls either What if I needed to get a hold of m husband in an emergency or get a hold of our kids? When we switched a couple months ago set up was a breeze and employees helpful but beyond that seems like they could care less about their paying customers. Should be able to get the services we are paying for. Going on 10 hours without service!
