Purchased a kitchen sink and faucet where they offer installation services as advertised next to the display in the aisles. Was not prompted to add on installation at the register and contacting the local store and 1-800 number I was disconnected multiple times and ultimately told "we don't offer installation at this time in this market". So take their advertising promises at your own risk and try anywhere else before working with this company and especially this store.

We went here for special interest. We're visiting friends, they have young kids. I used the restroom and discovered, that the toilet lid contained a hidden child seat that folds down. Now, I have grandbabies, so it was a quick sale, I bought two. They work perfectly

Would have a 5 star for the sales woman in the appliances but the delivery dropped the ball.They rescheduled a whole order without my consent because one item was missing and pushed it all another week out. We have been waiting two weeks for a washer and dryer (that is sitting there in stock) and really need it, and made that very clear to the Assistant Store Manager John. John told us “it is what it is” and advised that he “can put in a request” but can’t guarantee anything. Awesome above and beyond customer service…. ?

I am really disappointed how they handled a warranty return issue. I purchased a $600 snowblower from them. It had a five-year warranty. After the cobalt snowblower stopped working I returned it with all of the components. They called to confirm the item was still covered by a warranty and the Lowe’s national office Confirmed that it was. The national office said handling the return and replacement was completely up to the local manager on how they wanted to handle it. The local manager acted like he did not want to be bothered with the issue and said there was nothing they could do About the exchange because they didn’t carry the item anymore. I had to insist that they call other Lowe’s in the area to see if they had a similar item. Again, I was met with an attitude of inconvenience. Finally, I forced their hand and made them do an exchange with another similar item. However, they refused to supply a fully functioning snowblower with a fully functioning snowblower from another company. They made me pay for an additional battery that was required to make the replacement work properly. Looks like Home Depot and other local hardware stores from now on.

I prefer Lowes over Home Depot but this location is always a mess and you can hardly get a cart down the isles. Waited at the pro desk for over 20 minutes to order some product and never received any help. The cashier just kept saying they will be back in a minute.

I really like Lowe’s and prefer it over Home Depot… but in Helena, Lowe’s is inferior to Home Depot. The aisles are cluttered with items needing to be stocked, employee equipment litters the place (ladders, forklifts, etc.) there is no one around to help you and the line at the register is long… was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Lowe’s…

Shout out to Eddie Ramos. He was outstanding. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He made my paint shopping a " good" experience. In a world where there doesn't seem to be caring helpful staff, he gives me great hope. Again just saying Eddie was Outstanding.

First, Eddie was very busy, but acknowledge my presence and said he would be with me as as soon as possible. He was very knowledgeable about not only paint, but different types of brushes to use and different types of trimmers to use and explain to me why the different charge of different things throughout the department and which I really appreciate very knowledgeable and helpful, give him 100%

Had an interview and I showed up early. The assistant store manager finally came out 12 minutes late and asked me to come in. No hand shake, no greeting. Nothing. I could tell from the start that she just wanted to get the interview over with. Every time I answered a question, she'd stop me mid-sentence and go to the next question, like she didn't even want to hear what I was going to say. This is very unusual for me, because I usually make a great impression at job interviews. I dress up, address them and smile, and I have good worker qualities, and probably more experienced and qualified than most of the people applying. She actually cringed after one of my answers talking about how thorough I am with my work and said, "you sound just like our Store Manager." Apparently that's not a good thing in her mind. This woman was the most unprofessional, rude AGM I've ever seen. It was honestly bizarre. I've never experienced such a discourteous interview. She said she would contact me the Monday after that weekend and I just knew she wouldn't call. I could just sense that before I even arrived she had no intention of hiring me. And I was right. No phone call. My guess is she researched my social media or something prior to the interview and didn't like something about me - maybe she doesn't like Christians, I don't know, but she was very unimpressed by traits that are normally valued at a job - like being reliable, work-minded and detailed.

Helena MT Lowe’s is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Spent two hours on the phone, was hung up on 5 times. After all that, I was obviously upset, the guy who directs calls laughed and hung up on me for a 6th time. Whoever worked 01Aug23 directing calls needs to be fired. I will never be a customer, and I suggest the same for anyone else. TERRIBLE service!!!!
