I've rarely experienced a combination of incompetence, rudeness, and arrogance than I've encountered at this CVS location. It would be hard to detail all the bad experiences I've had here, but today was the last straw.Got into a heated discussion with one of their workers at the drive-through, mainly because I was still upset that they had told me the prior evening that my wife's RX would be ready in an hour. Two hours later, after waiting half an hour in the drive-through line, I was told it'd be another 45 minutes.I went back today, and it hit the fan. I had a cigarette burning, and the same guy told me to put it out. I'm a little to blame, I guess, because I told him he couldn't tell me what to do in my car. I did put it out, though. At that point, his boss got involved. As bad as the first guy was, this one was worse. Bottom line, he told me he wasn't giving me the RX I was making my third trip to pick. He said he would transfer it anywhere in town. Then, he said he couldn't.I told him he should be ashamed of himself, and he replied that I should too (for what? Trying to pick up something for my wife with leukemia, or for expecting his people to be professional)? When he said this, I blurted out, "Fuck you" and he said, "Back at you." Then, "Have a nice day."What a punk. What a creepy, unprofessional, prissy little punk.

The pharmacist Thomas Harris at this location is by far one of the rudest people in this industry I've ever met and apparently many nurses and folks in Helena agree after there was a long chat about his treatment towards others just recently on social media tons of people have expressed concerns with him. I have seen him actually laugh at customers who purchase vit d and zinc telling them to get vaccinated without even knowing if they have been. I've seen him tell me that what I'm buying is a gimmick and that I'm a sucker like all the rest who come here. This store has closed 4 mins prior to closing time on numerous occasions knowing that people were pulling up to get there prescriptions. He uses his power to intimate and control the people who come in for their meds. By not giving it to them or saying it's ready when it's not or saying he never got it when many nurses know he has. He yells, and throws things around behind the counter. It's about time his name gets reported more often. Sick people don't need to be hassled and controlled like this. Thomas Harris needs to humble himself and stop treating people poorly. I know more people are going to great measures to report him know all the way up the ladder even to the attorney general and the pharmacy board of ethics. Be a better person not the problem.

If you are not going to be open then you should not accept prescriptions. This is completely unacceptable customer service. My mother had to wait over 24 hours for her antibiotics and a pain relief medication to be filled.\\n\\nThe male pharmacy tech working today around 1:15 PM was very helpful, however the first tech to help me around 12:45 was a complete jerk and condesending about the entire situation. So much so that when I asked how to contact a district manager she stated that he really didn't care and was doing nothing to rectify the staffing and lack of customer service at this location.\\n\\nCVS did it's best to try and lose our business yesterday and today and was successful. Perhaps a simple email to the local providers that you location isn't able to process prescriptions would be helpful...oh wait, the district manager doesn't care. I assume then that on a corporate level CVS doesn't care.

I spend alot if money at all 3 CVS here in Helena but I won't go back to this one. There is an older native American women who works here and she has been so rude and unhelpful everytime she's been my cashier. With this whole coronavirus mess going on right now I can understand that she's probably stressed out but this wasn't the first second or third time. I was the only customer in the store and was trying to use my CVS card for $5 off of a certain shampoo and it's the only reason why I was buying that particular brand, when I told her that I had reward money and coupons and asked her to look for that specific coupon she rolled her eyes and said "Ugh. I need a drink", I ended up walking out and telling her that I will go to a different store and she replied "THANK YOU". I do admit that as I was walking out I was pretty rude myself and called her a not so nice name and told her that she's nasty everytime I go in there. I regret allowing someone else who is obviously very miserable with her job to stoop to her level of rudeness but wow! It's the closest CVS to my house and I won't go back again if I choose to shop at CVS at all again.

The service in this CVS is horrible. Takes 10 min to pay because nobody is in the front desk ( at the cashier) The pharmacist are ok. Always people willing h to help but the store is another history. I will not stop here to buy things.
