My packed was shipped out Dec 14th and arrived at the facility on Dec 22nd. I understand holidays and all but It is stil sitting there still to this day.. I had other packages come through fed ex and usps that was ordered on the 26th. If you ship to havre save yourself some stress and use fed ex or usps.

Great most of the time, but cannot get ahold of a real person about delivery requests when calling or for delivery questions either. Really kind of sad since my family has been life long ups customers. Second time they delivered my package to the wrong house.

Still havent recived my packages, they keep asking me to chage my address because its not a real address, But when I use USPS, FedEx and Even Amazon i have no problems with them, i just want my stuff

HUGE kudos to the delivery driver who brought my boxes today in subzero temps, and took the time to bring the very heavy package of dog food (that FedUp left blocking my door) into my porch. I will call the local office tomorrow during business hours and find out who the driver was so I can thank them properly.

I had no problems with UPS until Covid hit. Now the UPS driver is lazy and won't deliver packages to the door. I am teaching at a colony and even have delivery instructions on the packages to leave it at the school. Instead they leave it down at the shop and I have to have a student run down and get the packages for me.I ordered an item on the 22nd and had 2 day deliver option, but I have yet to see it. Items I've ordered since then I've gotten. Why that item is missing? My guess is because it's an expensive item. Everything else was miscellaneous cheap items.I will update my review if I end up with a positive outcome...
