After getting brake pads and rotor work done, the rear brakes stated seizing up. Extensive and costly repairs were required that a trusted mechanic said were likely due to something other than brakefluid having been put into the system. Robert's Big Sky Repair was unwilling to accept any fault or to help out with the damage they likely caused.

Mobile serviceman was in the campground for someone else, my husband approached him about working on a broken watervalve in our class A. He came back early the next morning, had access box disassembled just like he knew what he was doing.... Replaced the broken valve and was done in less than 2 hours. We are very happy with the service. It was a difficult job and the price was extremely fair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was passing through when the tailpipe fell off my motorhome. They did a quick repair, at a reasonable cost, and got me back on the road in a couple of hours.

On a recent reservation for a trailer, I decided to add an appliance cart for a washer and dryer. The guy behind the counter walked over to a cart which was sitting apart from about a dozen others. I mentioned the rubber belts were in poor condition on the cart, but thought it would still get the job done. After returning to the storage unit, I realized the cart was also missing a second ring to cinch the strap, rendering it more or less useless. We elected to not use the cart and return it the next day, seeking a refund. At Roberts Big Sky Repair the next day, we were initially told that we were out of luck and the broken cart would have to travel with me through the move (to Colorado!) and then I could rent a different (functional) cart for an additional charge. A supervisor then came out to help the "gentleman" behind the desk and agreed to remove the cart from the reservation, but still refused to issue the refund. We are dissatisfied because we were issued a defunct cart and Roberts would not issue a refund. The fact that the cart was segregated from the others is very suspect, as well.
