“My mother's check engine light came on so I called around to have someone use a reader to tell me what was wrong with it. The reader said it was the ignition coil and the O2 sensor. So I called mechanics to see where to get the car in for her and to get a quote. Everyone I called was at least a week out. I called Mastiff and they got it in the same day and they came in quite a bit less than other places I called. They even came and picked it up for her! Then, they actually checked on their own to make sure what the problem was before they fixed it. Turns out the ignition coil was the only problem and the car didn't need an O2 sensor at all! They COULD have charged us for the O2 sensor and I wouldn't have known any better, but they were honest about what needed to be done. They were incredibly friendly as well.
