The Manger was on top of it she was outstanding. Even when a senior came in to order a phone because he didn't have internet at home she got him on a computer and walked him through the process. I'm going to be honest I don't even know if it was business for them, but it was so kind I was blown away!. I dread going into a store because of long wait and what seems like a run around. Today changed that all hands down! I was sprint into tmobile and after today I would stay tmobile all the way! Thanks for being who you all were today!”

“I lived in Montana for nearly twelve years. I have used the services of many companies over the years. Some really great, others complete garbage. Until I used Charter Spectrum, I had not honestly known that worse than garbage could exist. I never missed a payment, bills were always paid 5 days early, but their auto payment system puts you two months behind on bills, and when you cancel service, even after turning in your equipment at the local store and getting a receipt, they turn around and bill you for non existant charges and services. They said I owe 250 dollars because, though I canceled my service and paid my bill in full ( the bill was 43.33 every month. I only had internet without added router) and moved out. They never shut off the service despite claiming they did, so someone else who moved into that apartment continued to use service in my name unknowingly. Once I discovered this, I lodged a formal complaint with the U.S. consumer affairs borough, office of the attorney General of Great Falls MT, filed a formal grievance with the Federal Trade Commission D.C field office AND sent Charter Spectrum an official certified delivery letter of cease and desist . They later on had the service terminated but refused to recind the unlawful bill. Do not use Charter Spectrum. They are, without a doubt, the worst company . No one uses satellite dishes for the internet. Only TV service. Charter Spectrum is the ONLY company in the world that uses satellite dishes for the internet. Research satellites. You'll understand. Charter Spectrum is without morals, scruples, and has no understanding of how to be morally conscious. In a time where " quality customer service " is lacking the "quality, Charter Spectrum is lacking the understanding of what "customer service " even is.”
