This Company is run by VERY incompetent people, when you have a problem with your account no one will help you either locally or at the corporate level. They can't manage to send you a monthly statement on your account showing what's due, (and they had my mailing address and my email address) and then send me to collections. Pathetic. 10 years ago this was an excellent company not any more.

Awesome place to do business with when Jim was there but they have a way of getting rid of the good parts guys and I have no clue why you would not care about your customers enough to keep good parts guys

I have been doing business with this Company for 15 years and the past 1-1/2 years this place has declined drastically. The employees are not helpful anymore, they have hardly any automotive background or none at all. I find it unfortunate to see that the Management of the Company as a whole has not seen this. Obviously they do not care.
