Met with service staff.
Flight right to the point directed me to a member who could give me a courtesy ride home, called when it was finished picked me up found out it was covered under my warranty. We all had a great day.

We were pulling a camper and were horrified when our new truck broke down while we were 1600 miles from home on a Thursday before a holiday weekend. Since it was under warranty, we called the dealership. They made us an appointment for the afternoon the next day and gave us GMs number to secure a tow truck. We had to rent a car and a motel room. The next morning, we went to the dealership to see if they could look at the truck earlier and they had already identified the problem and repaired it! Everyone there was nice and helpful, specifically Karen (who shuttled us around until we got a rental car!) and Cody the service advisor assigned to our case. We were able to continue on our trip home!! We can’t say enough good things about them as they turned a terrible situation around for us in just under 24 hours!

Great service and responsive to my vehicles needs. Came in for unscheduled service and was scheduled a couple hours later same day. After talking to service technicians and a quick diagnosis it was determined the work did not need to be done and could actually wait for a few more months before needed. I was not charged for the time spent on determining the issue was not an immediate need. I was very pleased with how I was consulted and treated throughout my visit. Thank you City Motor Co.

Called in about an oil leak coming from under my Chevy 3500. Got me in the next day for a diagnostic and repair. The customer service I received both over the phone and in person was amazing. The quality of service was great and kept me updated the whole time with their online portal. Thank you and will be using again.

One of the few times that I have checked out without getting debriefing for the tech. Had I got a debriefing, I probably would not have left without getting my windshield wiper replaced before driving the one and a hour trip home, only to find the wiper needed replacing. Numerous items like vehicle number card, seat protector, floor mat left on floor. Disappointed this trip!

City Toyota did an oil change. When I opened the car door, I noticed messy footprints on the cladding and on the car mat. When I got home, I cleaned these up. This situation should not have occurred and is not a good way to send a customer away from the dealership. I take a lot of pride in the inside and outside of my RAV4 using appropriate cleaning and detailing products to make the vehicle have a well-cared-for appearance. I'm due for another oil change in a year. Whether or not it will be at City Toyota is an open question. Cordially.
