After calling the big chain stores that were either closed on Saturdays or not helpful at all, my husband called these guys. They got me in on as soon as I got there and fixed up my suburban for me as quickly as possible. They even added some extra touches, like making sure that I had more coolant in an extra jug and cleaning the engine so I didn't have to smell burning coolant for the next part of my drive. I appreciated these guys' understanding that I was 700 miles away from my husband and taking care of my car repair in the same way that he does. That really mattered to me. When the bill came, they were fair with their pricing and did not take advantage of the situation I had found myself in.
