“I was caught by surprise by a white Christmas. As an out-of-towner I didn't have my snow boots with me. I took a chance that Schnee's would have some waterproof boots in my size the day before Christmas. With the help of an experienced salesman, I scored the cutest waterproof boots! I trudged through snow and slush and these Sorel boots look just as good as they did out of the box. Thanks Schnee's for saving me!”

“I just flew in for my boyfriend's company Christmas party when he told me we would be attending two events and I had only brought an outfit for one. Kacey helped me style a dress as if I were the event, I felt like a princess in the dressing room while she brought me options. I don't think I have ever loved an outfit more! They have so many styles and luxurious accessories. I absolutely loved it there and will be back!”

“The staff were all very nice and made me feel welcome. I was greeted right as I got in. I had the goal of finding the perfect pair of jeans. I was being very picky and tried on at least 20 pairs. None of the staff seemed irritated about having to fold and put most of them back and seemed very excited to help me find the right ones. The jeans are pricy but the experience was lovely.”

“I needed to get a more technical pair of hiking boots as I routinely am hiking 10 mile back country hikes in the Sawtooth and Boulder mountains of Idaho. Lots of rock scrambles & scree and it was time to get serious before I twisted an ankle. I had been looking at various reviews for months knowing that the investment would be a couple hundred dollars. I ended up with a pair of Oboz women's sawtooth Mid B-Dry hiking boots. I sized up to a size 9 but the fit is perfect! I wore them out of the box on a five mile hike up 1500 vertical feet on varied terrain and am in love! On Friday, I will wear them on a 10 miler and many water crossings. I have high hopes. The heel strike is heaven and they feel like home!”
“Heather here replaced the Columbias I bought that were advertised as waterproof and weren’t actually waterproof. Even sprayed the second pair with their own waterproofing before leaving the store.Fred was very friendly when purchasing the first pair. Approached me to ask if I needed help finding anything, was nice about it, but couldn’t help but think/feel like it was because of my appearance. No license, pedestrian, need to carry many items I need throughout the day in a backpack… can’t remember if I left my bag up front that visit… also have tattoos on my hand and arms, wear a hat and hood. Hadn’t noticed Fred approach any other customers that way on previous visits, experience it quite frequently. Always momentarily upsetting. Especially if no signs are posted about packs/purses and especially in retailers with loss prevention teams and plenty of surveillance cameras.Will likely shop here again. Not sure if Fred’s approach is the right or wrong thing.. could discourage somebody with the intention of shoplifting momentarily… wanted to avoid Fred after that, likely would have found another place to shop if I had the time, a vehicle, or didn’t need to speak about the waterproofing on the shoes I got.”
