After reading through some of the reviews here it saddens me that others would give a low rating to the credit union when in fact its their lack of reading the print in front of them that led to their issues. Everything with this credit union is up front and openly displayed. Reading is fundamental. Don't click the box on the application if you didn't read what you're agreeing to.Love everyone I've had the pleasure of working with. “Madison Valley Bank is (BY FAR) the best bank or credit union I have ever dealt with. I went with them for a mobile home loan and they did everything within their power to ensure that we got into our home as fast as possible. Both the loan officer Kim Bergo and the manager Sam were amazing to work with and I couldn’t possibly ask for anything more. We had previously gone with the large lender 21st mortgage and Madison Valley quoted us for an interest at half the rate of 21st mortgage, no exaggeration!
