“I can't say enough good about this company. I am in Toledo OH and needed a part for a winch I couldn't find anywhere. I called Warn and was directed here. When I called they also couldn't find the part but they did some digging for me and it took a couple of weeks but they got it and shipped it to me priority UPS which arrived to my house quick. “These guys rock. I took a week vacation off work, and when my vacay was over I went to start my car. No start. I went through a little diagnosing and decided that more than likely it was the fuel pump. I called these guys up and they got my car in the shop within a couple weeks, and had the pump done in a day. Side note, my AC wasn't working and they inadvertently fixed it. 5 stars all the way and I'll definitely refer all my friends to y'all!”

After a friend's terrible experience with his Tesla Model S Plaid at Top Gun, I called other shops in townand ended up talking to Jake at Pat's to see if they'd be willing to work on it. Jake indicated they hadn't worked on one before, but were eager to have mine be the first of many hopefully.After some months fighting for parts sourcing and communication gaps from Tesla, everything came together and Pat's did an EXCELLENT job repairing the vehicle. “In January of 2013, Sound Pro on 10th Avenue South had a great deal on remote start systems, so we purchased 2, one for our Suburban and one for our Trailblazer. At that time, Dan was working in the Sound Pro shop as their installer. We were very pleased with his work, knowledge and kindness. He explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. Since moving to his new/current location, we have had Dan install a couple more remote start systems over the years. Last weekend, Dan installed a new JVC stereo in our 1985 IROC Z28. We were again very pleased with his work, knowledge and kindness. “They do the job right the first time. I had my entire rear passenger side destroyed. Other shops wanted to bondo and do the cheap fix. I'm so happy I got a second opinion from Steve. He fought with insurance adjuster on my behalf and made sure my truck was cared for. Paint match perfect and couldn't find a single flaw. I honestly can't express how amazing him and his crew are. “I went in for signs a while back and they did a great job. The previous sign shop we sent our vehicle to did horrible editing and it came out pixelated. Both signs were practically identical with a few minor changes. Their editing skills went above what the previous company did. Putting both sign company's signs side by side is night and day. The installation was super clean with Auto Trim while the other was sloppy and left cut marks on the paint. I highly recommend them for doing sign work!”

“Flawless has gained a customer for life. I took my SUV to Flawless after being rear-ended in road construction over the summer. I had never had to deal with having body work done through someone else’s insurance. Once I dropped my Traverse off, Flawless handled everything as far as the insurance company (e.g. extending my car rental, etc.). Their work on the damage was perfect, done quickly, and they even fixed a “popping” in my driver’s side door that they had no obligation to fix as I had told them the issue was there before the accident. It was just a little extra something they did in the interest of customer satisfaction, I suppose. And it worked. I am more than satisfied, and I’ll never take another vehicle needing body work anywhere else.”

“This place is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my car and even fixed the mistake another body shop had made with my tailgate after being rear ended a couple years ago. They helped me with getting a rental car from the person who hit my cars insurance company. Terry was amazing as well and so kind. All of the staff are so kind and patient and caring about making sure your vehicle is taken care of. They washed my car and cleaned the inside. Just awesome people. I will use them if I ever need any body work again and will highly recommend them to others. Exceptional work done. My car looks brand new again! Thank you!”
