Purchased a glass pipe and found it had a crack on the underside when I got home. Returned to the store asap and the sales associate told me they had a No Return policy on glass and that I would have to speak to the owner tomorrow. Spoke to the owner the next day and she was unwilling to make an exception even when I asked about an exchange so that a store credit would be an option. I let her know that I could no longer frequent her store and it didn't make any difference! #nevergoingback #tabaccorowsucks

Do not buy their pen batteries. Mine broke after a couple hours. No refund or return.Then the guy proceeded to blame me for breaking it when it was clearly a faulty product.0/10 wouldn't recommend.

Great variety for tobacco and tobacco products not so much glass or other smoking devices. Staff was bomb. Only thing I didn't care for is the feel of it was more like a gas station

I was here at 718 the doors was locked. I'm so disgusted I came from the other side of town. You should leave a note on your door or something. Your door days OPEN!!!!! wanted to call the police I thought something happened. So do you close earlier? I stayed outside til 730. Maybe get dependable workers. Like me. Ugh so so upset I could have went to s different store
