“I was in Billings celebrating my 23rd anniversary with my wife when I came across this 2020 Heritage for sale. It was a private sale and when I bought it I drove it straight over to Beartooth. They were very busy with their chili cook off and I didn’t know what to expect. Talked with service and told them I just bought the bike and wanted exhaust. Now this was on a Saturday and they were very busy. They got my bike in, put on new exhaust, went through the bike and made some adjustments, and even fixed a recall on it and was done in three hours! That’s what I call customer service. They are a 5.5hr drive for me but if I need any work on my bike, this is the place I’m going!!!!”

“Some of he clothes in here are so so cute; the atmosphere is adorable and the shop has a really nice layout. I love the selection of different styles and colors. You can find tons of cute dresses and tops in here. The staff is usually okay. They haven't ever went above and beyond, or delivered excellent service but I guess it hasn't been terrible either. The thing that will forever stick out to me is the prices of the items in this store...it absolutely blows me away to see what they think people will pay for some of the items. I've bought quite a few things here but I have seen things for hundreds and hundreds that aren't even really that nice or "designer"... My most recent visit here, I was trying to get a fitting room but one of the staff members was helping someone else and didn't even respond when I went up to her asking for a fitting room. The other lady was patrolling the clothes they had outside their store. I just ended up not getting the item since I was having no luck getting a room. All in all, I think they have some of the cutest clothes in Billings; I just wish the service and pricing was better.”
“I needed some good pants that would fit my disproportionate body, and I found some here. The lady working was super helpful in helping me pick out several pairs of pants that fit me and my style. I even got pants made from recycled plastic, which actually feel amazing. It feels like jeans but smoother and way more water resistant. Just be prepared to spend a decent amount of money here. Even with a sale, 3 pants came out to 150.”
