Changed my alternator out for $150 and did an amazing job. He got it done way before he said he would and very pleased with the service that he gives. I recommend this place to any and everyone that asks about an auto shop.

Haven't been her in awhile, but they were awesome fixing the exhaust manifold on my Dodge Durango. Another place quoted me almost $3000, and they got it done under a $1000. I'd refer anyone to them. Don't let the appearance outside deter you!!

Very helpfu and knowledgeablel!! They helped us when we were in a quick jam and fixed our truck with a makeshift part so that we were able to get back on the road with our horses. SUPER PLEASED WITH SERVICE especially in the high stress situation we were in

If they had a lower rating, I would gladly use it! If you have an auto with any sort of problem, your best bet is to get CAN of gasolene, pour it all over the inside, and strike a match, collect the insurance money, buy another car! They will let some kid fix your car, and break stuff, that was fine before you took it in, just burn your car down, and you will be better off in the long run!

Took my van in to have a new power steering pump put in and check for leaks. When I got my van back it started running rough as I went down the road. Stopped and looked under the hood to find wires rubbing on serpentine belt. Fixed that immediately. Went to work about a half hour away and on my way there I threw a serpentine belt. Replaced belt and it still was not right. The power steering pulley was not right. Then I checked my fluid levels only to find the pump was still leaking. My friends suggested I take it back, but I did not want them touching my truck again after the way they had returned it. Fixed it myself in the front yard. I wouldn't let them work on my bicycle let alone a vehicle.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went to have my back breaks fixed and a serpentine belt put on. After one week with no contact, I called them. They said they had been waiting for a few days for me to call them so they could tell me that the break drum needed replacing. We told them to go ahead. Another week with no contact and we stopped by. They said the car had been done for a few days. Breaks had no pressure, and belt was squealing worse than before. Brought car back. They blamed a new mechanic for the bad job. He put the wrong belt on. Asked them to fix the belt and bleed the breaks. Four days later with no call, and we stopped back in. Car was "done". Mechanics were drunk. Still no pressure on the breaks. They admitted that they forgot. We left it there and we're promised that it would be done the next day. The manager who promised this said there was probably something wrong with the car since he personally bled the breaks himself with a buddy. This was the third mechanic who claimed this by the way. Next morning, no work was done, and no calls were made. I took the car home to do the work myself. When I tried to do the work, I found that lug nuts we're loose, and the bleeder bolt was stripped completely. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Check out other review sites. I wish I had prior to going here.

They had my jeep for 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS! They never found out the problem. Rather sit on their a** and drink beer. I had my jeep towed to Swensons and they called me 2 hours after getting it and they found out the problem and already ordered the part! I will never go to Bales again, for anything.
